In the ferrite and pearlite matrix on the distribution of a certain number of spheroidal graphite, according to the nominal diameter and the elongation of different microstructure of ferrite and pearlite in different proportions of small caliber pearlite percentage is generally not more than 20%, large diameter of the general control in about 25%.
Q: what size curling iron should i use to get taylor swift's curls?
i dont really think u can make those kind of curls with a curling iron but id try maybe a 1 inch and see if it works maybe u should get a perm if thats the curls u really want (
Q: I usually iron them when I want to wear them but it would be easier if I ironed a lot at a time. What works best for you?
I dunno, I don't iron my clothes. I don't even own an iron. I hang them on hangers immediately after they come out of the dryer. I don't think I own a lot of lcothing that needs it. If something is too wrinkly when I pull it out of the closet or drawer, I either hang it in the bathroom while someone takes a shower or throw it in the dryer for about 5 er 10 minutes.
Q: I think i need more iron in my body (and any cheap foods would be pleased)
Iron supplement ( be sure to take with a daily vitamin to help absorb it) Canned clams Spinach and other leafy greens Red meats Quinoa Morning star fake turk'y burgers Artichokes Liver Pumpkin seeds Soy burgers Watermelon strangely enough
Q: now that iron man is here. im going to update my past question.Who‘s better? Why?
Batman, cause hes got more skill than Superman, Spiderman, and Iron Man combined. Iron Man shouldn't even be in the running, he's just a guy with a lot of money and a cool suit.
Q: Also,How is molten iron produced in order to fix broken rails on a railway lines? Thanks
Carbon. Steel is basically just iron but in steel there are many small crystals of Carbon mixed with the iron. Steel is not necessarily better in most cases, but the things that are good about steel is that Carbon has a very high melting point so steel does to. Because cystalized carbon are quite stif, if you harden steel properly it can become very hard.
Q: I have a polyester jacket, i want to iron. What do i put the iron. My iron has materials. It doesn‘t have polyester on there. Thanks
there are glues you can use, or you can use a synthetic setting on the iron and a press cloth to prevent the fabric from coming in contact with the iron. I have done a lot of iron on decals and a lot of stitched on ones as well. My son got to go up in a balloon at one of the Albuquerque Balloon festivals and got a patch from the pilot and wanted it on his jacket, but so that it could be transfered to another jacket when that was too old. There is a spray adhesive that allows for that too! It is for removable appliques. Remove before laundring kind of thing.
Q: I bought a new flat iron and its called red and its a ceramic flat ironit says on the label something about lead on the cord what does that mean ? thanks.
read the box and what materials are used in the iron and post exactly what the tag on the cord says You'll be fine just make sure your iron is not a knock off or a fake/ cheap brand. You wont get lead poising if that's what your worried about because you aren't ingesting the iron BUT if you have a cheap or knock off, the plastic the iron is in-cased in might contain lead and the heat alone will release it from the plastic/paint. your best bet is getting a salon suggested iron $80-$250 is the price range my gf's have been know to play for them
Q: I continually hit my long irons and 3-hybrid fat or thin. Does anyone know what the problem could be?
Lessons are the best solution however for a few long iron tips that have really helped me out is one not to overswing, that will throw you all out of wack. However one thing that has been the most helpful to me is that you have to swing your long irons more around your body on a shallower plane than your short irons. If you are tring to hit a 3 iron on the same plane as a pitching wedge you will have problems all day. Stand a little farther away from the ball with your hands a little more away from your body, this will help to induce a more rounded swing around your body instead of a steep swing that will terrorize you with your long irons.
Q: my iron levels are at 12 in the chart but what could be the reason for my iron to be low? my doctor said it was because i donated to much blood but last time i donated blood was 6 months ago. i drink on weekends only i have a very healthy and balanced diet. i eat rice every day with usually some kind of proteins i love nuts and eggs eat them all the time. why could i have such low iron? my doctor is telling me to take iron supplements but is not doing any tests should i get a second opinion?i am a man 20 years old healthy weight and exercise regularly
Iron You can tell iron is an important nutrient by the amount of supermarket products that are advertised as 'iron enriched'. Unfortunately, many of these products are enriched from ferrous, not ferric, compounds, which is more difficult for the body to absorb. Iron is found in many plants, but even that is often in a form that is difficult to absorb (some iron-rich vegetables like spinach also contain oxalic acid, which interferes with the absorption of iron and other minerals). Vitamin C greatly improves iron absorption. Natural Food Sources Enriched bread, beans, blackstrap molasses, chickpeas, clams, egg yolk, fish, green leafy vegetables, lentils, liver, mussels, oysters, peaches, prunes, raisons, red meat, seaweed, seeds, soybean flour. Main Functions Iron binds with hemoglobin molecules and carries oxygen in your blood and throughout your body. It is involved in enzyme activities related to energy storage and availability. Iron also forms part of several enzymes and proteins in the body. Deficiency Symptoms Iron deficiency can lead to anemia, which causes lethargy, poor concentration, pale skin and shortness of breath. Vegetarians have to ensure they get an adequate iron intake, as do menstruating or pregnant women. Toxicity Symptoms Iron toxicity is rare from diet alone, but may be caused by excess supplements. Symptoms include liver, spleen and tissue damage, and can also lead to a zinc deficiency. Keep iron supplements away from children. Recommended Dietary Allowance Men: 10 mg Women: 15 mg
