Hydrostatic Testing Machine (Max. force 600ton)

This machine group consists of industrial control computer, machine head, machine tail, winding operating platform, winding trolley, sand adding trolley, and hook etc., the rotate speed of the mandrel and the reciprocating motion of the winding trolley are controlled by computer program, to achieve the winding required linear (hoop and cross).

 High pressure pump

 Flow capacity: 170 m3/hr

The output shaft of the reduction gears is equipped with manual(hand-operated) clutch device, when the clutch is connected, the mandrel will be driven to rotate, when the clutch is separated, the mandrel can be up and down(removed).

In order to produce the pipes with different specifications, there are pedestals underneath(foundations below)  the head and tail, the head and tail can make lateral movement on the pedestals(foundation), in order to adjust the distance between the mandrel and the operating platform, so that the mandrel can be kept a proper distance with the operating platform, easy to be operated.

Frame structure                                             

The winding operating platform is equipped with racks, and the drive mechanism on the chassis of the winding trolley consists of servo motor, reducer, gear and engine base, etc. Under the control of computer program, the winding trolley is actuated to make hoop and cross winding.
