Properties:
Manganese is an important alloying agent. It is added to improve the strength, toughness, stiffness, hardness, wear resistance, and hardenability of steels. Together with aluminum and antimony, especially in the presence of copper, it forms highly ferromagnetic alloys. Manganese dioxide is used as a depolarizer in dry cells and as a decolorizing agent for glass that has been colored green due to iron impurities. The dioxide is also used in drying black paints and in the preparation of oxygen and chlorine. Manganese colors glass an amethyst color and is the coloring agent in natural amethyst. The permanganate is used as an oxidizing agent and is useful for qualitative analysis and in medicine. Manganese is an important trace element in nutrition, although exposure to the element is toxic in higher quantities.
Introduction
Electrolytic manganese metal flake is with silver gray metallic luster, hard and crisp, melting point 1245, boilling point 1962, with strong oxidation-reduction capacity. Specific gravity is 7.2. In comparison with metal manganese made by elctric warming, the electrogenerated mental manganese is of higher purity, superior quality and wider application.

- No. Metal has a bunch of genres because there are many bands that sound very stylistically different from each other. Nu metal isn't metal either. Just because something happens to have metal influences does not make it metal. Crust punk and Grindcore are very close to metal, but are subgenres genres of punk. Same goes for a lot of metalcore and deathcore. Some are more influenced by metal than others. Austrian Death Machine sounds way different than BFMV. ADW has much more metal influences in it, hence making it metal. Does Power metal sound like Technical Death metal? Not at all. That's why there are subgenres. Subgenres also help you look for bands with similar styles.

- Back in the 80's and 90's there were aluminum sticks. they were an aluminum shaft and the blade was made of wood and if the blade broke you could just change it and keep the same shaft. Just like todays stocks you could get different flexes and the blades you could get different lies on them. the shafts cost about $120 and the blades were about $20-$35 if remember correctly. Christian was the first to come uot with them amd that's where Easton got their start in hockey.

- All metals, really. It's more a question of size, and the region of space where the metal piece cuts the lines of flux. To a metal detector, a thin loop of metal (like many belt buckles) is just as big as a solid hunk of metal covering the same area. Get a belt with a small buckle, of whatever metal. I'll suggest that you wear a MedicAlert bracelet, with a leather or fabric band, instead of a metal necklace.
