The roller is a cylindrical component which drives the conveyor belt or changes its running direction. It is widely used in all kinds of transmission conveying systems such as rotary screen printing machine, digital printer, conveying equipment, paper making and packaging machinery.

Classification of the drum: the drum, the electric drum and drive drum
Drum diameter selection: 25mm, 32mm, 38mm, 42mm, 50mm, 57mm, 60mm, 76mm, 80mm, 89mm.
Roller material selection: carbon steel galvanized, carbon steel chrome, carbon steel coated plastic, aluminum, stainless steel, ABS and so on.
Roller fixed way: spring into the type, the tooth shaft, full flat tenon, through the axis pin hole.
4 : Bend pulleys divided into head pulley, snub pulley, take-up pulley and the pulley which is placed in take-up position. bend pulleys diameters are from φ250 to 1800 mm and lengths are from 600 to 2700 mm. - Get a light weight painters extension pole and a paint roller handle less the roller. Get a 8 inch chunk of 3 or 4 inch round plastic pipe. Cut small grooves (4) on each end of the tube. Stretch rubber bands, attach to pipe at small grooves, these will hold your MIC. attach pipe to steel part of roller with screw type metal bands. - Q:It's a 2003 Mercury Marauder. Sometimes when I lay into the gas a bit, the motor will hesitate (sometimes stall), and I notice the red light on top of the dash for the alarm will illuminate along with the engine light, but both go off after a second or two. - Normally I'd say the higher the speed the more friction. But a tire and a road is a special case. When you skid on a tire, the tire sheds rubber which rolls up into little roller bearings so there's less friction, not more. This is why ABS (Anti-lock Brake Systems) doesn't let the tires skid, it keeps them rolling, just above a skid.

- Q:OK so I have a project in Language Arts and we're reading a book called The Cay. The main character is stuck on a deserted island and he has coconut and a bunch of other stuff. I need to make something that would be a luxery to them with the supplies that you would have on a deserted island so im gonna do coconut soap. I need to know how you would make it. I think you would just tak the stuff thats in the coconut and melt it and put it in a mold and let it cool. But thats proably not right. - I remember building a roller coaster last year. What those people used is actually a piping thing, it's made of styrophome (sorry 'bout the spelling) if you go to a local hard ware store or Home Depot or Lows just bring a picture. But I must warn you, that stuff doesn't work very good, it has a hard time staying in place. I'd go with some plumbing rubber type tubing instead, but it is more expensive than the styrofome stuff. - happy mouth's are pretty cool but kinda expensive I THINK, but i mean, what bit's aren't? i rode a horse that had a d ring snaffle, but it had rubber around it, he really liked to try to chew it if you need more control i'd go with a little thinner metal. but if your just doing easy stuff, i'd just use a thicker metal, or a happy mouth :)
