Jaw crusher is a crushing machine that is researched and developed very early. The working manner of this series crushing machine is dynamic extrusion type, and its working principle goes like this: the electro motor drives the belt and belt wheel to make the movable jaw to move up and down through the eccentric shaft, and then movable jaw goes up, the angle between the toggle pate and the movable jaw is bigger, thus pushing the movable jaw to get close to the fixed jaw, and at the same time, the materials are crushed or smashed, thus reaching the goal of crushing; when the movable jaw goes down, the angle between the toggle pate and the movable jaw is smaller, under the effect of the draw bar and the spring, the movable jaw moves always from the fixed jaw, and then the crushed materials will be discharged out from the lower mouth of the crushing chamber. With the continuous rotation of the electro motor, the movable jaw of the crusher will do periodic motion to crush and discharge the materials, thus realizing mass production.

- You could design a pulley that lifts up a 50lb plate (the things they put on dung bells), and have it fall on a soda can. If you can't find a 50 lb plate, just use something else that's heavy, like a rock or Anvil-like object. Oh yeah, it's also a good idea to place the cans on a firm and strong surface, otherwise you could damage a perfectly good carpet or wooden floor ;-)

- It depends on the type of material, and how fine the material has to be crushed. Generally, a primary crusher is used to break rock blasted or dug from the mine, and might break material down from say 300mm to 50mm. Jaw crushers (which operate by pushing two strong plates together; which crush the rock between them) are probably the most widely used and versatile primary crushers. Gyratory crushers are also very popular and crush more effectively, but are not suitable for as wide a range of materials. Once the material has been put through a primary crusher, it is usually fed to a secondary crusher to reduce size further;say from 50mm to 10 mm. Cone crushers are similar to gyratory crushers, and are very versatile. Impact breakers and ' hammer mills operate differently, and work on a rotating shaft that has heads that impact on the ore. - 1.Place bookshelves of varying heights along the paneled wall. This will hide much of the paneling and break up the vertical lines with some horizontal shapes. Avoid bookshelves in the same color as the paneling. Light pine or white works well and will brighten up a dark room. 2.Hang a mirror on the paneling. Place it over one of the shorter bookshelves. This will open up the wall and bring light into the room. Try to position it so that it does not reflect more paneling, but rather a window or an attractive plant. Hang more than one mirror if the wall is large. 3.Add green plants. The textures of the plants will soften the lines of the wall and add a fresh, green, natural feeling to the room, which will in turn make it feel more open. Place the plants on the bookshelves and in front of the mirror so that they are reflected in the mirror. 4.Create a fake window. If the wall is large, add a window where there is none, by hanging a curtain rod and installing some drapes. The soft lines of the fabric will hide the unattractive wood paneling, and no one has to know there isn't really a window there. This works especially well if you place an item of furniture in front of the window, such as a sofa. 5.Fill a large, empty space with a colorful tapestry or quilt. The pattern on the tapestry or quilt will distract from the pattern of the wall panels. Or create fabric-covered panels by nailing together wooden trim into a frame, and then wrapping the frame with quilting batting. Stretch the fabric around the batting and staple it to the back of the frame.
