Applications PPR Pipe (white, gray):

 1) Cold and hot water supply systems for civil and industrial constructions, e.g. in residential buildings, hospitals, hotels, school and office buildings, ship building

2) Drinking water systems and food industry pipe works

3) Central air conditioning system

4) Irrigating system for gardens and green houses

5) Public and sport facilities such as swimming pools and stadiums

6) For rainwater utilization systems.

PPR Pipes Advantages:

1. Sanitization & Non-poison: This product is green building material which is able to use for pure clean drinking water pipe system. No heavy metal additives would not be covered with dirt or contaminated by bacterium.

2. High Temperature Resistance: the maximum sustained working temperature is up to 70 Degrees Celsius, the maximum transient temperature is up to 95 Degrees Celsius.

3. Corrosion-Proof & Non-Fouling: Resist chemical matters or electron chemical corrosion. Able to avoid the pipe's fouling or blocking as well as the blemish, rust on basin and bath.

4. Heat Preservation & Energy-Saving: Excellent heat insulation features, minimal thermal conductivity which is only 0.5% of the conductivity of metal pipes.

5. Less Weight & High Strength: Its proportion is only 1/8th of metal pipe’s, with pressure-proof strength up to over 5MPa(50kg/sqcm),high tenacity and impact resistance.

Q:What is the purpose of dialysis tubing in the medical world?
It would help if you clarified your question but what came to my mind was the tubing used for peritoneal dialysis. Peritoneal dialysis is a type of dialysis that uses the peritoneum as the semipermeable membrane. The peritoneum is the membrane that surrounds the human gut – stomach, intestines, liver, etc – dialysis is accomplished by filling the space around those organs with dialysate so that waste solutes can dialyze from the blood into the dialysate. In order to fill and empty the dialysate from the gut you need to have a tube placed by a surgeon – a peritoneal catheter. From the outside that peritoneal catheter looks like a plastic tube sticking out of the belly, its purpose is to allow dialysis.
Q:I went on vacation a year ago for two weeks and came home to a refrigerator that no longer has a working water spout. The ice machine still works and the the motor comes on when I place a glass under the water spout bit no water comes out? I do have hard water. Could it be blocked from calcification? I figure vinegar is my last hope. Please help.
check where the water fills the ice maker and see if the plastic tubing if blocked with ice,if it is remove and run hot water over it and reinstall it.loosen the line to the water valve on the bottom in the back of the frig,if you get no water then the supply valve is clogged.make sure the water valve is plugged in.the other thing is you might have a bad ice maker water valve
Q:I am using a device to push small volumes (60-100cc) through a plastic tube with a length of approx 24 and a diameter of 1mm or less. I can control flow rate, generally 2-4cc/sec. The liquid has a higher viscosity than water. I am trying to determine the difference in pressure on the piston face (which remains a constant size) using different fluids with slightly different viscosities through tubing of the same length, and differences in pressure using the same fluid through different tubing lengths. Ie; Fluid A and Fluid B through Tube 1, and Fluid A through Tube 1 and 2. The tubes are the same material, same diameter, regardless of length. The pressure used to push the piston remains the same across all fluid/tubing combinations.
If the flow is not turbulent (no high speeds) and incompressible, and the tube is of circular cross section, then Poiseuille Law flow will ensue. In Poiseuille flow through a cylindrical pipe the velocity is largest along the centerline of the tube and diminishes to zero at the inner wall quadratically with distance r: v(r) = c (R^2 - r^2) with c a constant for given viscosity and pressure gradient ( delta(p) / L ) In Poiseuille flow through a cylindrical pipe the rate of flow (volume/second) is given by Qdot, where Qdot = ( Delta(p) pi R^4 ) /(8 eta L). (where eta is the dynamic viscosity of the fluid) Since the pressure difference Delta(p) is the pressure on the piston face - ambient pressure , let's call this (p - p0) , you have p - p0 = ( 8 eta L) * Qdot /(pi R^4) Using this Poiseuille' s Law you can calculate the pressure on the piston. You say at the end of your question that the pressure used to push is kept constant. In that case the flow rate you measure should be inversely proportional to eta and L.
Q:How are plastic tubes labeled with expiration dates?
Plastic tubes are typically labeled with expiration dates using inkjet printing or laser engraving techniques. The expiration date is usually printed or engraved directly onto the surface of the tube, ensuring clear visibility and durability throughout its shelf life.
Q:What is the maximum temperature that plastic tubes can withstand?
The maximum temperature that plastic tubes can withstand varies depending on the type of plastic used. However, most common plastics have a maximum temperature range of around 150 to 200 degrees Celsius (302 to 392 degrees Fahrenheit).
Q:Can plastic tubes be used for bird feeders?
Yes, plastic tubes can be used for bird feeders.
Q:Are plastic tubes resistant to radiation?
Yes, plastic tubes can be resistant to radiation depending on the type of plastic used. Some plastics, such as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and polypropylene (PP), have excellent resistance to radiation and are commonly used in applications where radiation resistance is required. However, it is important to note that the resistance level may vary depending on the specific type and composition of plastic used.
Q:I'm building a science project with my little sister, and we quite frankly need some help. The plan is to make a little rollercoaster out of plastic tubing as the track. It's kind of thick, so it doesn't bend very well. We've been straightening it out for a couple days, but it's still slightly wavy. We need to get it into a solid position. The plan is to support it on some boxes, and maybe tape it down so it holds it's form. But, there is a part in the rollercoaster where it needs to be extremely straight. Any ideas??
Heat it where you want the bend. If it is small tubing and depending on what it is made of, place where you want the bend to be in boiling water, take it out, bend it to shape and hold it there until it cools. If it is of a better material or thicker, wrap it with aluminum foil and hold it over a candle, but beware that it will get very hot and may start to melt. P.S. After reading again, you want to straighten it, so you will need to heat it and then roll it back and forth slowly until it cools.
Q:Is there a difference between a plastic pipe and a wire pipe?
Plastic pipes have many kinds of materials and many uses. The wire pipe is just one of its PVC tubes.
Q:UPVC pipe, HDPE pipe construction, useful 360 degrees full package foundation, what does that mean, gravel cap or concrete?.
360 degrees full package meaning is, tube all buried in the foundation, of course, the foundation is most likely sand or gravel foundation. That is to say, the base layer should be backfilled at least to the same height above the pipe roof
