Worth is a relative term. Since quartz is the name of a family of gems, it's difficult to answer your question with any accuracy. If what you have is a plain white (clear) quartz crystal, if its not too chipped up it could be worth $100.00 or more.

There is also no relationship between fossil coral and quartz as they have very different origins. You could easily establish a maximum age for the quartz crystals if you knew the age of the enclosing rock, but it wouldn't give you a minimum age.
