- Q:where do i learn at "how many hz" different materials vibrate at? like quartz is 7.83hz etc?
- Sand is simply small particles of area rocks that have been weathered. White sand indicates that the sand originated from rocks containing a large amount of quartz. There are beaches in Hawaii that have black sand. This sand comes from the basaltic lava which was spewed from local volcanoes.
- Q:How do you focus Universal energy in a Quartz crystal?
- the website says that it is possible to find gold still encased or attached to quartz, not that every piece of quartz will contain some gold. in reality, it is nearly the opposite: most quartz will NOT contain gold. it's too bad, but a least quartz is pretty on its own :)
- Q:what do uncut diamonds look like? How do you tell the difference from quartz?
- The time t needed to travel a distance d at a velocity v is given by the formula t = d/v the speed of light in vacuum is c the speed of light in another material is c' = c/n as the sum of the times traveling through the ice and quartz must equal the time in the vacuum if y is the unknown distance light travels in the vacuum d1 is the thickness of ice in meters d2 is the thickness of quartz in meters v1 is the velocity of light in ice = c/n1 = c/1.309 v2 is the velocity of light in quartz = c/n2 = c/1.544 y/c = t d1/(c/n1) = t1 d2 /(c/n2) = t2 t = t1 + t2 y/c = d1/(c/n1) + d2 /(c/n2) y/c = d1n1/c + d2n2/c y = d1n1 + d2n2 y = 0.022(1.309) + 0.013(1.544) y = 0.04887 m y = 4.887 cm
- Q:Where can I find flint or quartz?
- perhaps okorder.com
- Q:Why are most beaches made up of quartz sand?
- milky quartz is probably the most common type of quartz that you will find in veins. white quartz veins seem to be everywhere. the quartz is white because the quartz is imperfect and light scatters inside instead of passing through in a regular way. the major source of light scattering is the presence of very small inclusions (very tiny bubbles) of liquid and gas. most quartz veins form from migrating fluid (usually some sort of really hot salty water) and the quartz forms so fast that it captures bubbles of that water as it forms. you will notice that milky quartz almost never has nicely formed crystals. it forms too quickly to make nice crystals; all the little tiny crystals all grow into each other instead of seeing one or a few very big crystals forming. it is the presence of all those different grain (crystal) contacts that also causes the light to scatter and gives the white color. the grain boundaries are randomly oriented, which along with the bubbles everywhere, makes light bounce all over the place inside the quartz material.
- Q:automatic vs. quartz watches - which is better?
- be okorder.com
- Q:does quartz etch when acids spills on it?
- Pink quartz (rose quartz) allows you to be in touch with your basic self. It will allow you to get to know your true self and to love that true self in all its beauty. It can also allow you to communicate internally with your spirit guides, which means you may or may not be aware of them but they are teaching you all the same. Rose Quartz is a good stone for someone who has trouble loving themself or accepting love from another because they do not believe that they are worthy of being loved. It loves soft running river water to clean and recharge and moonlight
- Q:metal detecting over quartz rocks?
- Quartz crystals are generally hexagonal, and have no cleavage lines. When you say square sides, I assume you mean 6 parallel faces.
- Q:Geology/Earth Science: granite vs quartz?
- Quartz is more expensive that's what the difference is !
- Q:what is the resonant frequency of quartz sand?
- Ask at Home Depot, a place that sells granite countertops, or contact the manufacturer.
