Product Description

This screw rod is made from 99.5% alumina ceramic materials, the use of dry pressing process makes the rod obtain high density and good flexural strength, resulting in better acid corrosion.

On the threaded portion, we use the machining way to make more precise thread size. The thread out of Such processing will get the same accuracy and with metal thread.

We can manufacture products according to your needs, the more common specification is 271mm, below are some of our existing specification.

M6*190, M6*215, M6*247, M6*271, M6*285, M6*296, M8*160, M8*190, M8*215, M8*241, M8*271, M8*285, M8*296

Q: I road my longboard with bones reds bearings to school in the rain (through puddles etc).and now they spin for about 1-2 seconds.they used to spin for more than two minutes! So, just wondering, what are the cheapest full ceramic bearings to get? I heard that you can ride them in the rain without slowing them down.or should I just lube my reds?
Don't bother with ceramics, just get some white lithium grease and coat the bearings in it. Also, free spin doesn't mean anything. My bearings all spin for less than 5 seconds, doesn't bother me any.
Q: My mechanic replaced the rear brake pads with ceramic ones about a year and a half ago. He replaced just the left one yesterday with a regular pad saying one side was worn down more than the other. He also charged me $100 for the ceramic ones but $110 for just one pad this time (I checked the prices after the fact). Does it seem reasonable that the ceramic ones need to be replaced after a year and a half is it ok to replace just one side? And doesn‘t ceramic ones usually cost more than the regular ones?
1'st. Yes, ceramic cost more. 2nd. You don't say how many miles you've driven and that is more important than time. 3rd. When you say one do you mean one pad or one side? He should have replaced with ceramic but more importantly why did that one or one side wear so quickly. It usually means there was is a problem. Did the $110 include a rotor? At first glance it appears your getting ripped off but without specific details it's hard to judge. Brake warranties are usually spelled out in some detail so there are no mis-understandings. Is your mechanic working at a garage or his house. If it's a garage then you have a recourse . If it's at his home you still have a recourse but it's a little more involved. Without more detail it's difficult to be more specific.
Q: Which plates are better for your hair? I have a ceramic plate straightener, but I am thinking of buying a titanium hair straightener? Which is better for my hair?!
Hold a blow dryer up to the spot apply heat. As the wax begins to soften, wipe it off with a plastic knife.
Q: For our new house i want to know what should i use in Kitchen. Ceramic Tiles or marbles
I would suggest Porcelain. Marble is a natural stone - which means a few things. It is expensive, it requires more maintenance, and it is more susceptible to scratching, staining, and if polished - is far more slippery. If honed, then it is ever MORE susceptible to the staining, etc. Ceramic is great has been used for thousands of years, but porcelain offers many benefits. Often you can find a rectified type of porcelain, which means it is a color-thru material. That means that if it did chip, it would be the same color through through - unlike a cermaic. Porcelains often have better MOHs ratings (better slip-resistance) scratch-hardness. And they come in many beautiful natrual-like patterns with high variation, to look more like stone. Because of their cost durability easy maintenance, I vote for porcelain as the best value over ceramic or marble. Good luck!
Q: I have some plates and a glass baby booty I am trying to clean. Not sure what to use or if I should just rinse them off?thanks!
Get a Medium sized C clamp and compress the the calaper piston all the way into the houseing/ This gives the room u need to put the new brake pads in/ The cylinders ajust for wear and u have 2 compress them back in 4 the new 1s
Q: I am in a Ceramics art class at school i graduate in two weeks after that I will not be able to have access to a kiln. does any one know were i can buy one. plus does any one know how high this will make my elecrical bill.
if you want to have your own kiln, price will depend a lot in how large you want it and to which cone it fires. Just look in some catalogues of ceramic supply houses, as a graduate student in ceramics you should know those. It will be cheaper to buy a used kiln, try craigs list or local classified ads. Ask your teacher if s/he know some place where local potters tend to advertise that they want to sell used equipment. How high it will make your electric bill will obviously depend how often you use it, how long and high you fire. But I agree, unless you really need it a lot and transportation breakage is an issue it's much better to find some place which will fire it for you. If you are not moving out of town ask your teacher if you can continue using the school kiln. At some places they only require you to pay a low studio fee for such access, especially if they know you. Or you could offer to help with teaching in exchange and be a teaching assistant for a class.
Q: I want to print a pic on a ceramic piece, and how can i make sure the print wont come off since it will paced outdoor.
You will need to make sure it is glued on securely and then you can use some thick varnish on top. Go to the store and ask the paint department for a top coat varnish that will not yellow and has protection from the sun. I would add at least 4 coats to make it last. I faux paint garage doors to look like wood and then I have to seal them, too. What I use is bought online, but I am sure you can find something at the local paint store. Get the water based kind, not oil, though. Hope this helps.
Q: Such as the title, I am now doing a product, is a ceramic cup plastic handle, because it is now a separate purchase, handle, ceramic cup has also been the problem is they put 2 get together I can not find a method, use super glue, but after pulling or rip fall, have what can let them lasting together?
Epoxy resin adhesiveBut it doesn't work well, and it's easy to make the product look bad
Q: just a survey guys;. I need your opinions
Most probably they have stayed on a shelve more than they should and the rubber has lost its elasticity. Any way yes there is a way. get a cloth and soak it with gasoline and rub the wipers until you strip off the hardened layer of rubber. I have tried this and it works. ( don't somke while doing it) Good luck
Q: Which one works better.the pro costs more but it‘s smaller and is tourmaline ceramic but the ceramic flat iron is cheaper, bigger and made of 100% ceramic.does the pro work better.is it better for your hair.someone who owns or has used one please answer and what is your hair type thanks!
hi Shaney, i'm a stylist and that i've got large tight curls! First, conair isn't a kind for us. What you % is a ceramic or tourmaline straightener and blow dryer. you do no longer ought to get the blow dryer besides the shown fact that it does help. Use a shine serum or warmth conserving mist previously you straighten to shrink the frizz. At artwork I somewhat have a Ceramic professional flat iron. At residing house I somewhat have a $15 Andis ceramic flat iron from Wal Mart and it works only an identical. That component is large spectacular- do exactly no longer turn the warmth each and each of how up. once you first purchase a clean flat iron, apply it to the backside temperature and then flow up till you discover the wonderful one for you. i desire this facilitates and be at liberty to inquire from me greater!
