Q:Elastic and plastic collision?
In an elastic collision the prefix word perfectly being omitted, mechanical energy is conserved. In a plastic collision unlike the above there is some permanent deformation due to the collision. This deformation means that some energy was not conserved (ie lost in terms of the total mechanical energy)
Q:Recycling plastic bags processing…?
Largest independently validated gas composition and slag leachability tests - demonstrating the versatility and performance of the PTDR plasma gasification technology. Any waste that is candidate for thermal processing is a potential candidate for PTDR plasma gasification processing.
Q:Can you recycle plastic wrapping?
yes you can. at the grocery store i shop at, they have a trash can for plastics. im sure that if you ask the stores in your area you would find a place. also, you can buy re-usable bags for like 99 cents and never have to use plastic!
Q:what do u think about Plastic Surgery?
I believe that if someone feels that plastic surgery will boost their confidence, then go for it, I support this aspect of it. But I also oppose it because God made our body parts look like this naturally for a reason, it is God's gift and he did not make any wrong decisions. But then again sometimes I think about getting plastic surgery because of dissatisfaction in some body features... I would think about doing it but I wouldn't actually ever do it. This is the only reason, but if I was not christian and was an atheist I would probably go for plastic surgery if I am not happy with something.
Q:what is plastic made of?
till those days plastics have been created from Petroleum. Then a pair of years in the past Dow chemical presented a clean plastic created from corn. that's a bioplastic. there's a great form of experimentation happening interior the study of such techniques. you would be listening to plenty approximately bioplastics as they are seen green techniques. you will see them on packaging and such! Bioplastics are created from plant sources inclusive of hemp oil, soy bean oil, corn starch, and now corn. How? The petrochemical resin is replaced by potential of a vegetable or animal resin.
Q:An opposing argument against plastic bags!?
Personally, I will miss plastic grocery bags when I can no-longer get them. I use them for my garbage, my kitty litter cleanings, and more. It has been a long time since I've purchased a plastic bag for any reason. Chances are, if the grocery plastic bags fully go away I will have to consider actually buying them. However, as we decrease the use of plastic, grocery shopping bags we seem ot be increasing the use of plastic produce and meat packaging bags in our area....I can certainly use these for kitty litter cleanings particularly when coupled with the increased number of non-recyclable food containers found on my grocery shelves. I could probably use the combination of the two for my other wet garbage too. Recyclable or not, I sure do see an increase of plastic food containers throughout my grocery stores. Its virtually impossible to find refrigerated or unrefrigerated juice, apple sauce, salad dressing, mayo, and so many other products in anything other than a plastic container. I also see a tremendous increase of non-recyclable plastic (at least in my generally immediate area) on and around virtually everything else I buy outside the grocery store too. I'm finding that a number of other, larger items come packaged in plastic bags within their boxes. So far, with minimal networking, I've been able to gather a number to meet some of my plastic bag wants and uses...It helps that people feel good that they will get a second use. Maybe as we increase the use of plastic bags in every aspect of packaging outside of the grocery check-out line, I will still be able to meet my usage demands with minimal effort or life-style alteration. However, I'm finding that there are folks who have completely switched to Re-usable bags beginning to realize that they did use their plastic grocery sacks more than they thought; they are already networking for others discards. When the discards become all the more scarce, their value is likely to increase.
Q:How do we deal with plastics in our country at present?
Scope of application of recycled plastic particlesProcessed waste plastic particles, still has good comprehensive material properties, which can meet the blown film, drawing, drawing, injection molding, extrusion and other technical requirements, widely used in the production of plastic products. In daily life, recycled particles can be used to make all kinds of plastic bags, buckets, pots, toys, furniture, stationery and other living utensils and all kinds of plastic products. In the clothing industry, it can be used to make clothes, ties, buttons, zippers. Building materials can be used to make all kinds of building blocks, building tools, plastic doors and windows, mortar barrels. In agriculture, the system can be used for plastic, pump tube, farm machinery, fertilizer bags, cement packaging bags. As for the mechanical industry, the recycled granules can be used for the manufacture of machine parts and components, bearings, gears, cams, wheels, seals, blades, pumps and impellers. In the chemical industry, it can be used as reaction kettle, pipe, container, pump, valve and so on. It is used in the chemical production site to solve the corrosive wear. In addition, recycled particles are also widely used in the electrical and telecommunications industries.
Q:Stainless steel dog bowl vs. plastic?
There Plastic bowls in general can contribute toward feline and canine acne on the chin, which is usually where their skin comes in contact with the bowl.
Q:How to make a Plastic?
You can't really make (synthetic) plastic unless you're a serious chemist with a lab, but you can use other plastic materials and reshape them. You'd need serious molds and vacuum setups to create large items like that chair too. Small items or thin ones can be made with a thermosetting plastic like polymer clay --Premo, Fimo, etc, or thermoplastic or other plastics can be re-shaped after heating which will either soften and slump or eventually melt them, or with 2-part resins (with fiberglass or not), etc
Q:Plastic Injection - what is it?
Hey JF, Plastic injection is used when you want to create an item from plastic in a certain shape, time after time. Lets say you want to create a red bucket. You create a mold for that bucket. You will melt the plastic with red color beads and pump (inject) it into that mold. you spray the mold with cold water and open it up and you have your bucket (after trimming off the excess). If you look at any bottle you have at home you'll probably see the seam running around the outside from the mold.
