i don't know if somethings wrong with your xbox or power brick but i can tell u tho, if u use a Xenon power brick (12V,16,5A) on a jasper xbox u will run into a problem later on, for it will overheat and the CPU and GPU will warp and pull there self away from the motherboard, if u have ever heard of the towel trick( wrapping your xbox in a towel so it will overheat and the solder will pool up and re-solder the CPU/GPU back in place) that's where it come from, i would buy a jasper power brick if i were u (12V, 12,1A).

Q:Looks like a SATA power cable was pulled out of the hard drive without the button being pressed in and has broken tiny bits of the plastic above the Hard Drive connector that used to prevent the SATA cable from slipping out. Any suggestions on what I can do?

No, the PoE switch will initiate the connection with a low voltage signal to determine if the device at the other supports PoE or not. If not, it doesn't apply a current.

Q:I have a case that mounts PSU on the bottom. I find that I have to twist the SATA power cables 180 degrees to connect to the hard drives. Any tips? I was thinking maybe mounting hard drives upside down.

This is a very late response but it might help someone. I just dealt with this problem on my build. It's pretty easy to flip the connectors over. At least it was on my Cooler Master power supply with modular cables. The wires are not soldered; they are just pressed into place and the metal contacts inside the terminals press into the wires and make connections. To modify them, pry the plastic back caps off the Sata connectors, pull the wires straight out, flip the connectors over, press the wires back carefully until they seat (into the same terminals), and pop the back caps into place. Do one connector at a time so you don't lose track of the wire orientation.

Q:I am trying to hook up a LCD display (CPU Temp, USB's in use, Memory Temp/usage, etc) and It came with a 5pin DIN connector for what I assume is the power. I am not sure what I need to do to connect it to the PSU. Any help or ideas?

the connectors are color coded and monitor cables are usually blue so hook it up to the blue connector on the back of the computer.

Thats nothing new..Molex connectors often stick do not try to pull it out by the wires! grab it by the sides of the connector and wiggle it back and forth (side to side) it will come out eventually!

Q:I was just wondering what ATX power supplies (exact model) that can support the Antec P182 computer case. Like, the power supply goes on the bottem of the case, but the power supply cables need to be long enough for it to reach the top of the case?Basically, I am trying to ask what ATX power supplies that have long cables? Unless you have a good reason for putting it there and plenty of air flow the bottom of the case is not a good place to put a power supply. They generate a lot of heat and this will rise up into the case.
