Q:I've been lifting for about 16 months now, im around 6'7 265.My bench press max about 6 weeks ago was around 235x1 and now im having trouble just doing 205 once. I lift 4 days a week(day 1 chest and day 4 arms). My chest is still getting stronger and size is increasing just not my weights. My leg strength is going up significantly compared to my chest. I eat pretty good 3 meals a day and take protein shakes, and drink lots of water while lifting. My chest routine is Bench press(x10,x8,6,4) and then incline (x10,x8,x6,x4), Dumbell flyes 4 sets until failure, 4 sets of dips until failure, shoulder press (x10,x8,x6,x4) Upright row(x14,x12,x10,x8), front raises(x14), laterials(x14, and then 4 sets of dips until failure. Any tips will be well taken.
Make sure you're eating enough so that your weight isn't going down. Don't bother with the dumbbell flys/upright rows/front raises/lateral raises as they will have no effect on your bench press, and as long as your bench press is going up then your mass in the chest/front shoulders/triceps will grow. Lower rep training will be more effective for gaining strength in the bench press, give 5x5 a try. Make sure you're attempting to increase the weight on your bench press every workout, and if you're stuck at the same weight then deload it and gradually build back up again to break through the plateau. Do pulling exercises as well as pushing exercises or your bench won't progress well and your shoulder health will be poor, make sure you're progressing on rows and chin-ups also.
Q:i know that there is a way to erase all memory on my computer with pressing a few buttons while the computer starts up, like the F4 button or something like that, does anybody know which buttons
Never heard of a button that does that, go to your computer site, and get it's manual, it comes free in a pdf file. ~ Edit : Memory is usually described as the RAM, and there is no button to erase that on start up.. On start up , it is clean, as there is nothing on it, cause when you shut down, it is no longer active, When power is off of the RAM , is does not remember anything, It starts all over when the OS starts running your start up programs and processes. Edit : Read question before you thumb down an answer to a question that makes no sense.

How are you gripping and where on the bar are you gripping. When you come down with the bar, it should be on your nipple line and press up and slightly back, almost like an arch. You WILL almost always feel your shoulders being worked on BP, but the pain should not set it. I would lower the weight and work my way back up by getting more strength. Simply pyramid. For example 135lbs x 12 reps 145lbs x 10 reps 155lbs x 8 reps 165x 6 reps 145 x Failure This exact routine will help build strength and size and will give you a nice pump to engorge those muscles with blood and nutrients, meaning if you eat a meal or take a protein shake right after, it will easily be delivered into the muscle fibers. This is just an example, do it to YOUR OWN strength levels. Don't try and be braveheart on the first set because the rest of your regiment will fail. Good luck.

I have had a few of these calls. I suspect it is a scam and I am certainly not going to take a chance on it. A while back there was a scam going round where you had to press '9' on your phone and you were then charged a premium rate to receive the message. Permanent Press is for a regular cycle warm wash...you should have this setting it just might not say PP...so wash in warm and then use a warm cycle on your dryer. You can use a delicate cycle just put in half the amount of clothes as you would in a regular load so that the delicate cycle can clean them.[ Obviously you'll use half the amount of detergent as well.] You can also use a cold water regular cycle which is what I do ,the clothes come out just as clean and it saves me tons of money not using warm water.Just make sure you a warm setting on your dryer not hot! Also clothes that are PP can be hung out to dry if you immediately remove me from washer they won't wrinkle.
Q:When wondering if a guy is strong the other person will always ask how much the guy bench presses. But I can kick the crap out of people in football by popping and tackling them and even won a couple fights against people saying they can bench like a 150 pounds. I know they can do it though but I can only bench press 100 pounds like 2 times but am stronger than people who bench more than me.
