1. For Polished Porcelain Tile, is the 30*60 available?
—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60. 6 pcs are packed into one carton.
2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.
3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.

6. How to choose bathroom tiles? Porcelain tiles or glazed tiles?
Currently used in the bathroom tiles with glazed tiles (mainly from price considerations, some high-end can choose tiles, notice to choose tiles), divided into Shinny and Matt two kinds. Light color makes people feel shinny, but the bathroom more appropriate to create a warm feeling, so the best choose is uses matte, the shinny feels more soft and not dazzling.
- Q:Having done some work in the bathroom we would like to reuse some of the tiles we took of which arent broken, does anybody have any suggestions as to how we remove the adhesive and grout so that they can be reused?
- I tile every day of my life, and have been re-mediating an 11,000 sq. ft. floor since the floods. I suggest a Diag. grinder. What matters more than HOW, however, is the substance used to hold the tile. Adhesive or Mortar? For grout removal use a diamond blade on the grinder, and run the blade along the edge of each piece of tile. I also flip the tile over and GENTLY grind off as much THINSET as possible. To re-use, even those not totally clean, use a thinner spread of MORTAR and press, until flush with any adjacent. Steven Wolf Just my two sense
- Q:Can I leave them alone and simply go over them w/ mud and ceramic tile . I really don‘t want to open the hazmat can of worms by getting the tiles tested.The tiles look like that mutfti pattern common in office buildings and schools and secured w/ a mastic.Thanks
- I believe the general rule in vinyl flooring or tiles is if it was manufactured before 1984 it probably has asbestos in it.....since it is old tile which probaby has some edges that are somewhat risen in spots,I recommend going over the floor with quarter inch plywood or luan,which should solve the problem.....

- Ceramic tile will chip easily when a direct hit is administered. Most flooring now a days is gonna be Porcelain. Porcelain is gonna be the best choice for flooring.
- Q:How to divide the tiles?
- The state of the ceramic tile by the tile level is divided into A, B, C and so on. 1, A level. Class A use of the scope of unlimited, can be used in various places of home decoration. So the environmental performance of indoor tiles must meet Class A standards. The standard for the use of tiles for radioactive use is GB6566-2001. Class A decoration materials in the natural radionuclide radium radium-266, thorium-232, potassium-40 radioactive specific activity at the same time to meet the IRa ≤ 1.0 and Ir ≤ 1.3 requirements for the A class of decoration materials. 2, B grade. Class B decoration materials do not meet the requirements of Class A decoration materials but at the same time to meet the requirements of IRa ≤ 1.3 and Ir ≤ 1.9 for the B class decoration materials. Class B decoration materials can not be used for the interior of Class I civil construction, but can be used for the outer surface of Class I civil construction and the interior and exterior of all other buildings. 3, C level. Class C decoration materials do not meet the A, B class decoration materials requirements but meet the Ir ≤ 2.8 requirements for the C class decoration materials. Class C decoration materials can only be used for exterior finishes and outdoor use. Ir> 2.8 granite can only be used for monsters, seawalls, piers and other human rarely involved. According to the national standard level, tiles can be divided into two levels: 1, A grade goods A grade is the best grade, A grade is divided into AAA level, AA level and A level, AAA level is the best level. 2, B grade goods Class B products are slightly flawed products. Whether it is tiles according to the radioactive or standard provisions of the tile, we can find different tiles or have their own different nature.
- Q:Bathroom Tiling Job?
- I would put down a backer board of some sort. It goes by several names, but cement board is one generic version, I think. Hardi-backer is a brand name. When I did my bathroom floor, I screwed down quarter inch boards, and tiled over that. Check carefully to see that you don't end up with a finished floor height that interferes with doors. Also - you may have to extend the height of the toilet flange so that you get a good seal, as the wax ring may not be enough once you raise the floor level.
- Q:I only have a couple of tiles in my shower to grout. I bought some pre-mixed tile grout from Home Depot. It says on the back NOT FOR USE IN SHOWER OR UNDERWATER. I called home depot and they said it would work if I were to seal it. As many know sealer is very expensive and I‘m only doing a couple of tiles that will be exposed to water. Do I have to seal this? I understand there exist grout with sealer already inside.....
- You can get grout sealer in a small tube at Home Depot. If you don't seal these few tiles, you could be creating a larger problem for yourself down the road. Go for the expense, or risk doing damage to the backer board.
- Q:We have tiled around our jetted tub about halfway up the wall and the top and around the edges does not look finished. Do we add trim there or something else?

- Q:The grout in my bathroom is cracking bad and i just had it installed a little over a year ago. I called a different tile guy to look at it and tell me why its cracking. So im trying to figure out who riped me off or whos trying to rip me off. this new tile guy said the grout is cracking because the other tile guy didnt pull the old vinyl up. I remember the other tile guy told me that the vinyl was my moisture barrier so i didnt need anything put on the floor other than the glue ( or whatever you call it) So this new tile guy is saying thats the reason why my grout is cracking because he needed to pull up the old vinyl and the grout would continue to crack until that was done. So that means i need my whole floor re-done with new tile.....so is this new tile guy telling me the truth. Can you install tile over vinyl?
- All I can say is: its on the whole now not a excellent concept to position it proper on best. It turns into much more likely for it to arise. - Q:HI ,THIS IS MY FIRST TILE PROJECT. I AM INSTALLING A BACKSPLASH ON SHEETROCK USING 4.5X4.5 PORCELAIN TILES. USING OMNIGRIP MASTIC APPLIED WITH A 1/4 X 3/16 V-NOTCH TROWEL. THE TILES HAVE A WAFFLE BACK. MY CONCERN IS DO I HAVE TO FILL IN THE WAFFLE DEPRESSIONS,WHICH SEEM TO BE 1/16 DEEP,BY BACK BUTTERING PRIOR TO APPLYING TILE TO COMBED MASTIC. ALSO, IS THE TROWEL SIZE CORRECT?P.S. WHY DO SOME TILES HAVE A WAFFLED BACK AND SOME A PRACTICALLY FLAT BACK? THANKS!
