Q:Now there are alumina ceramic knives on the market. Q:I bought an Ibanez the other day, from the RGA series, and it said that it had active ceramic pickups. I know what active pickups are but I have no idea what ceramic pickups are. Q:i want braces but i need the cost plzz help also which one is better?: Right now i say about the average for invisalign is at 5000.00. For simple cases at least 3500.00 How bad are your teeth? It really depends on your teeth and how long it will need to take to keep them on. Do you have insurance? I had insurance and my daughter had braces put on. Its been alittle over a year and her teeth are in perfect condition. I'd say another 1/2 year and we'll be done. She had it done with no pain or extractions. they have a new system where they can fix your teeth without pulling them out. The only thing is that you'll need to have your wisdom teeth out. Your other teeth remain where they are. Also have all your cavaties filled. It helps so they won't have to work around your braces. i think braces are better. They work faster. Utah. arizona or New Mexico. If not, I'm sure there are other places who use the system.

Q:I‘m a sophomore in high school. I dance a lot, and I swim as well.I found out today from my orthodontist that I need to get braces. Should I go for the ceramic (clear) ones? I need the full set, and if anything they‘d only be ceramic on top because I‘d need the stronger metal ones on the bottom.If you have had experience with either types if you could post your opinion and Pro‘s/Con‘s that would be wonderful!-Nina: get ceramic! they are just as strong, less noticable, and come off a tiny bit sooner! there are no cons when comparing it to standard braces except price (not sure on that as im in uk and metal is free lol) i just had extraction 2/4 today and am getting ceramic in 2 months

I heard that you couldn‘t but I was never told that I had to get metal ones on the bottom instead?: cermanic braces are nice! they are noticable but in pictures and stuff you cant really see them. umm my ortho told me that having ceramic braces on the bottom is not a good thing. they break if they are on your bottom ones. or sumthin on that order.

Q:In Ceramics Class right now were learning how to make a drape bowl, and mine is going to be pretty big (Think Popcorn bowl sized) And one requirement is to have a design of some sort (and a Theme running through it) on the bowl. I am artsy and can figure out how to make a design work, but I am having troubles coming up with a theme and a design! I want something different and creative! Please any ideas welcome!: in my ceramics class i had to come up with a theme and i chose candy :) its really easy, but also fairly originalmost people will probably lean towards leave designs and nature, but candy isn't very common
