Q:does all the ion (flat iron) ceramic?
OF COURSE NOT. BUT JUST BE CAREFUL FOR THE ONES THAT ARE.
Q:Okay I went and saw my ortho today and I told his at my first appointment I wanted the metal ones cause they were cheaper. Well now he said I‘m getting the ceramic ones on top and the metal on the bottomwill that look odd? AND I don‘t have to pay any more then I have to, which is a bonus! I get them on next week!! Off to College in the fall, which I could have paid my tuition today, but I told myself I wanted braces before college so I saved up some money, I‘ll be tight for money for the first while, but it will definitely be worth it in the end $5800!! So why would he put both on my teeth?
I have ceramic on top and metal on the bottom. The reason for this was that ceramic brackets are larger and aren't able to fit on everyone's bottom teeth. I would suggest going for both. You can bearly see them (ceramic) in pictures. Plus when I smile you don't see my bottom teeth so the metal ones didn't matter. P.S. Getting my braces off tomorrow YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY
Q:how strong and hard is a ceramic bearing?
Ceramic is very strong and hard, but doesn't hold up to impacts. Use ceramic bearings for longboards and vert skating.
Q:who can tell me what is ceramic knife used to do?? Thanks.
Ceramic Knives by Kyocera We fell in love with Ceramic knives years in the past on a go back and forth to Japan. Ceramic knives are made in Japan and have been around for more than a decade. They've recently gotten extra publicity from use with the aid of Ming Tsai on the television meals community. This is why ceramic knives are so first-class: ultra-Sharp lengthy existence Blade. Holds its side for much longer than metal. Lasts many months or years without sharpening Stain and Rust Proof. A ceramic knife is impervious to the meals acids which discolor metal products. No steel taste or scent. Keeps the fresh style of meals. Is not going to brown fruits and veggies. Handy to scrub. The Non-stick ceramic knife surface makes for easy easy-up. Convenient to use. Lightweight and ultimate stability make it a pleasure to make use of. Assured tough. Kyocera's ceramic knives include a 5 yr limited guarantee towards breakage (does no longer duvet slicing bones, prying or flexing). A ceramic knife is a knife comprised of very difficult ceramic, regularly zirconium oxide (ZrO2). These knives are most likely produced through compacting Zirconia powder using excessive stress presses which practice a pressure of round 300 tons to provide blade formed blanks. These blanks are very brittle and fragile which may also be shattered via a moderate blow and distinctive binders are used to retain the form of the clean except the firing system. Like several ceramics these are consolidated into a dense and robust ceramic through stable state sintering at roughly 1400 degree Celsius for 5-12 hours in a high temperature furnace. The result is a very rough and blunt blade which wants to be sharpened to get the favored innovative. The blades are sharpened through grinding the perimeters with a diamond dust lined grinding wheel. Personally i have by no means used a ceramic knife. They sound very priceless, as long as you are cautious utilising them.

Q:How to clean ceramic cup of tea?
The cup of tea and coffee stains with toothpaste or salt cleaning, the effect is very goodDirections: rinse the cup (without water), then rub it over the wall with dry salt or toothpaste and rinse with clean waterSaltWhether it is salt or salt or can do, we can help to remove the cup of tea stains, then we can use the finger dipped in tea, and above the brush, not two or three minutes, you will find tea magically disappeared! And it's not easy to hurt the body.citrus peelWhat do you do when you run into old dirt, and when you don't brush clean? Don't worry! This is a good time to look for leftover lemons in the kitchen, or peel the peels after eating them!
Q:So after learning about the potential risks of using Pyrex dishes at temperature higher than 450 degrees, I‘m curious whether there‘s a limit for ceramic dishes too? The recipe I‘m going to use calls for a temperature of 475 degrees. Is it safe?
I agree with the previous answerer in that the most important thing for avoiding cracking or exploding in those kinds of dishes is to avoid cool and/or wet surfaces when they are still quite hot. (Cracks can be caused by single hard bumps to one part of glass or ceramic dishes too.bumps can create microscopic cracks which grow over time). The issue with Pyrex has been the exploding dishes which can occur well after the dish is removed from the oven without any further touching, etc. Consumer Reports has looked into this after many people reported experiencing this, as have others. The bottom line is that the type of glass used for the newer Pyrex dishes is a different type than was used before (the kind used in labs) and isn't as strong, though it is cheaper. the manufacturers say it shouldn't matter, etc, but . . . Having said all that though, it still isn't a good idea to use glass or ceramic dishes in the oven where the heat will be really high right on the rims, etc (or underneath if placed on a flame or coil). So keep them in the middle of the oven, and at less than 425-450 F.or use a metal container. And until they cool, make sure not to place them on cool or wet surfaces (instead put on a dish towel, wood board or trivet, etc).
Q:what is best for my corolla93 most of the time city driving so lots of stops.
Use a double ferrule oil and gas compression fittingCut off the desired length and use the compression fitting to join the two pipes
Q:What’s the difference between ceramic wool and rock wool?
Rock wool and ceramic wool are all used for insulation and the main difference between them is the working temperature. Comparatively speaking, rock wool’s working temperature is 650℃, lower than that of ceramic wool, which can reach 1450℃. But the thermal conductivity of rock wool is lower than that of ceramic wool. So, rock wool is usually used for wall insulation, and ceramic wool can be used in high temperature environments of all kinds of furnaces.
