1.Features Of High Performance Metal Sealed Butterfly Valve

VBJG High performance metal sealed butterfly valve adopts “Inclined oval disc radial dynamic balance sealing system” to attain the frictionless action between the gasket of the disc and the sealing face of the seat before valve closing. The pressure angle is bigger than the friction angle on the sealing face for which the extra-low open resisting force and rapid closing automatic tally sealing action are available. The valve features with advanced construction, reliable seal, long life, low cost.etc. It is an economical practical automatic control valve providing both control and cut-off functions and uses to the fluid services with large flow, low pressure drop and low seat leakage.

Features: Patent No. ZL200820238488.1

1.              The optimum design of eccentric size ensures that the disc’s seal ring can be disengaged from the seat ring sealing surface immediately during the opening and closing process, which leads to no friction, no jamming and small operating torque, and high sealing performance and zero leakage are available.

2.              Corrosion resistant alloy replating is used for seat to make sure high reliability and long service life.

3.              The special processing technology is used for high precision and field-replaceable for seal ring.

4.              Special non-metallic materials are used to make sure high temperature performance, strong self-lubricating and low friction. The dust and granular media can be effectively prevented into the space between the stem and body to avoid jamming.

5.              High-strength stainless steel is used for integral stem and other parts to ensure high allowable pressure differential.

Q:I have been diagnosed with a bicuspid aortic valve and a discrete stenosis under the valve at 11 years old. I am now 25. My cardiologist told me I might need a valve replacement a 70. Can people actually live long with that condition? I don't understand it. And he only wants me to have an ultrasound every 3 years because nothing has changed in the past 10 years. Can my condition change in a short time? At a dangerous level? I have bad anxiety because of this.
The mitral valve between the left atrium and left ventricle only has two cusps and it works fine. Since the valve going into the left ventricle has two valves, it stands to reason that a similar valve going out of the left ventricle would function similarly if it was the same size and shape. The number of cusps is not entirely related to how well the valve functions. In your case, the opening of the aortic valve is slightly smaller than normal, but clearly capable of passing an adequate amount of blood. The stenosis alone may be the only problem caused by the valve. The stenosis you have likely creates some back pressure when the left ventricle contracts. The heart compensates partly for the back pressure but this prolonged compensation wears on the heart valve a little more than normal. So, you end up with a heart that more or less functions normally but the back pressure and compensation cause the heart valve to wear out faster than normal. Its a gradual effect. The type of damage done from this circumstance is not something that changes rapidly. Evaluating the condition every three years is still probably a very cautious approach and its not certain that the stenosis will ever become a significant problem even if you live well beyond 70 years.
Q:does that mean it doesnt work?, how can i tell if the egr valve works still?
Not sure how to answer. First the vacuum line going to your egr only has vacuum under certain conditions and never at idle. If you have an egr code/problem.... email me with code/syptom and vehicle info i'll try to help further. :)
Q:also are those air flow limiting valves safe for the air pump to reduce the flow of air, I have one because the air bubbles are just way too many without one and it scares the fish away
a check valve is to prevent back siphoning of water into the pump if you have a power outage or unplug the pump by accident. I'd suggest checking it by blowing through it the wrong way; if air does pass through get a new check valve (check new ones to be sure they don't limit airflow too much, and that the close in the wrong direction, many are cheap crap and don't work the day you buy them, so check them before you leave the store with it...note: same with thermometers, compare them with each other so you don't get the one that's crap) what you want is a normal air valve, they come in various configurations, one or more valves so as to run multiple airstones and to balance the airflow to each stone or ornament. You should not however just use the valve to limit airflow, as this damages the pump eventually. You can just let one of two valves bleed off a little air; however make sure another check valve is in the line from the tank to the valves or else you risk water coming out of that valve if it's lower than the tank water level.....You may want a smaller air pump or an adjustable one instead.
Q:I am having a leaky valve is that normal? the doctor said that it is normal what do i do?
Many of us have leaky valves that do not require treatment...only when it becomes more leaky will it cause problems and you would benefit from treatment. Its pretty common to have a slightly leaky valve I had one and so do my 3 sons who are 13, 16, 18.
Q:1992 Ford Crown Vic, 102K, burns oil, no blue smoke, no leaks. My first thought was a valve job. Any other possibilities? Suggestions? What about an approxitmate cost for the valve job? Thanks.
Hows your oil pressure Does the engine rattle when first started after sitting awhile It's been known that if your bearings are wore it can also make your engine use oil, crank and cam bearings thats why i wanted to know how the oil pressure is.. For the price of a valve job it could cost anywhere from 300.00 all the way to 600.00 depending on if your valve need replacing or not..
Q:if safe, at what age should a woman with mitral valve prolapse be pregnant?
My mother has it and she had two children, one at 22 and one (me!) at 24.
Q:why do new motorcycles need to get their valves shimed alot? can someone explain how the whole valve adjusting thing works? why do some engine types require more attention? i have owned thumpers my whole life and never really thought about it. i was looking at this like cheap beater bike (hyosung gt250 v twin) and i read the valves need to be checked like 3 times in a short span, wtf??

Q:I am trying to repalce the water turnoof valve under my sink but the valve just keeps turning and no progress is made to get it off so I can put on a new one. I am turning it clockwise but it just keeps turning. Can someone please tell me how to get this off? I do not want to have to call a plumber for something that I might be able to fix myself.Thanks.Sandy
basically component to the diverter valve is broken, besides the undeniable fact that, it extremely is terrific to replace to total diverter stem. If their are 3 handles, you are able to do away with the middle one devoid of turning the water off. Then convey total stem with you to the ironmongery shop. There are quite some video clips on youtube and different ironmongery shop factors of interest in case you like help. good success.
Q:Water is seeping up around relief valve threads. Tried tightening but could not get it any tighter.
Donald; Don't try to tighten it, or replace it, it will fail. Lower the thermostat to no more than 120F degrees, and start shopping for a new water heater.
Q:I own a 2001 Chevy cavalier Z24 with a dual cam... Just got it tuned up and noticed oil in my spark plug sockets, which leaves me to assume either the valve cover gaskets or the cam carrier gasket is leaking oil... I would prefer to so this by myself considering I'm sure it's going to be costly.. Anyone have any ideas on how I go about replacing either?
valve cover shouldn't be that much of a problem as long as you have some basic tools and some mechanical ability. Take it that its a 4 cylinder car, the size of the motor is very helpful when looking for tips. Just don't over torque your bolts when replacing. 89 in lbs is about normal on gm's valve covers
