Q:Whether the fire bricks are needed to be poured before construction?
It should be properly watered, according to its water absorption rate: Need to soak and dry in the shade. There is no need to do like the ordinary red brick
Q:Are sintered brick concrete bricks?
Sintered brick: brick made of clay, shale, coal gangue or fly ash, made by molding and roasting at high temperature. Bricks used for masonry, load-bearing and non load bearing walls are collectively called sintered bricks.According to the raw materials, they are divided into sintered clay brick, sintered fly ash brick, sintered coal brick and so on.A sintered brick with a solid or void ratio of less than 25% is called a sintered ordinary brick. The production and use of ordinary clay brick has been in China for more than 3000 years. Nowadays, ordinary clay bricks still dominate the wall materials used in construction projects. Although the ordinary clay brick has many disadvantages, due to its low cost, simple process, design and construction technology is mature and people's inertia and other reasons, the ordinary clay brick for quite a long period of time, especially in rural areas, is still one of the main wall materials.
Q:What is the difference between the refractory brick and the thermal insulation brick
Refractory bricks are used in the stove, in order to prevent from burnouting the stove under high temperature. Thermal insulation brick is used for preserving heat, is to heat preservation
Q:Tunnel kiln firing refractory brick by 0 against the good rely on
Modern advanced kiln has high temperature strength and good thermal shock resistance, better environmental protection, is the most economical and efficient kiln. (3), good resistance to gas erosion, due to tunnel kiln's flue gas discharge temperature is generally not higher than 250℃. In order to guarantee the normal temperature system and pressure system of the kiln. Its firing temperature is at 1200-1900℃: (1) or even higher, the requirement for the firebrick, compared with the intermittent kiln, is an important thermal equipment in refractory industry. It is a kind of energy-saving kiln. Tunnel kiln is a kind of kiln that can continuously produce and has high degree of automation.
Q:What is the meaning of the new type of dry rotary kiln refractory brick 620,320?
It should be the length of the turn. I'm not sure if it is right.
Q:Expansion ratio of light corundum fireproofing brick
And then the appropriate drying, the using temperature 1500~1700 degrees of light corundum brick, the porosity is 70% to 80% Now, use foaming method to produce light corundum brick, 3g/, shaped idiosome with mould dry for 4 days in 60 degree to 70 degree oast, it will demoulding, foaming method and evaporating method produce light corundum brick, the thermal conductivity is 0. the containing of AL203 has difference, the corundum brick that use corundum hollow sphere to produce contain the highest AL203 Finished light corundum brick don't have accurate shape and size after firing.8 1, so products need mechanical or manual cutting after the kiln, finally, firing in 1300 degree and 1550 degree, basically still meters with water forming, just add to burn: 50~60h, because its production methods and the introduction of additives are different, the total sintering time.17W/, light corundum fireproofing brick can be made into density is 0, withstand voltage strength is 4MPa, the containing of A1203 is no more than 99%.
Q:application of phosphate refractory bricks
The 4 properties of phosphate refractory bricks: (1) high strength wear resistance (2) and chemical erosion (its alkali resistant ability is better than that of clay brick and high alumina brick) (3) and good thermal shock resistance (4) high load softening temperature in rotary kiln, kilneye, kiln Zone door cover, cooling machine and lining refractory brick falling parts easy to loose
Q:Are clay bricks radioactive?
Radiation is almost invisible, radiation is almost everywhere.
Q:Are refractory bricks, burner block and thermal insulation brick the same? Are they the same thing?
The burner block is heavy, its using temperature is high, while thermal insulation brick is light and its using temperature is lower than heavy brick.
Q:How to make refractory bricks? ? ?
Solution of the production of refractory brick raw materials
