Cracked oil pan. Could even be welded . It's steel not cast . But still has to come off the car. Napa has them new for about 40 bucks. Just hope you didnlt crack the block or break some bolts that hold the pan on. Otherwise about a 2 hr job

Maybe they lived in the Montana State University-Billings dorms for a while. The fire alarms would often go off at 3 in the morning on the worst days for weather out of the year, for reasons such as a pipe froze and dripped water on the control panel or a random glitch in the system. This would sometimes happen more than once in a night. It became nearly impossible to take the fire alarm seriously. Especially considering that in the probably 15 or more fire alarm soundings they experienced during the four years I was there, NONE of them were for an actual fire! The closest thing to an actual fire was some burnt toast in the cafeteria. No actual fire, just a thin cloud of smoke and a barely perceivable black circle on the ceiling. I can't say that I really take any fire alarm seriously after that. I take notice when I start seeing smoke.

Most PVC pipe is glued together, occasionally there are screw thread fittings such as at sink traps, unions etc. it would help if you gave more info on what you are trying to do. Added: If you are trying to disconnect the place where water enters the float valve. there should be a plastic or metal nut that unscrews off the bottom of the fill valve. Make sure you are trying to turn it in the correct direction to loosen. Because the nut is on the bottom of the tank, if you are above it and reaching underneath to remove, you will need to turn clock wise to remove. If you are on your back looking up at, it turn counter clockwise to loosen.

Sounds kind of complicated to me. Why not just stabalize a wormhole and bring the oganism into the future alive? All you have to do is aim a large particle accellerator at the event horizon of a black hole. Then you harvest one end of the wormhole using magnetic forces. The other end of the wormhole at this point will remain at the moment the wormhole was made and aimed at the black hole. However, you simply travel through the wormhole and move it to the location you want. Then you use magnetic forces to push the wormhole into the blackhole, which should move the other end of the wormhole back billions of years. You thread the wormhole through, and bring the other end back to earth. What you have is a wormhole in the present, which passes through a blackhole, and points to the earth billions of years ago. By adjusting the central location of the wormhole. you can adjust where in the past the other end of the wormhole will point, kind of like moving the needle on a phonograph player. Granted, you wouldn't be able to use it to fight fires, but it would save you from having to reproduce the organism from their genetic samples.

Q:The collar on the kit is supposed to poke a hole directly into the pipe, then feed water into the line that attaches to the fridge. I went to do this the other day and found that the pipe underneath the sink is made of silver mesh. (Braided?) So is that going to work? Or will putting the collar into the line going to make it leak?

At this point, it's too late to plan for a home birth. If, during your next pregnancy, you didn't have any complications with the pending birth and your next pregnancy is not high-risk, then you can plan for a home birth.
