Needle roller bearing :
Needle Roller Bearings (needle bearing) is a cylindrical roller with roller
bearings, relative to its diameter, roller both thin and long. This is called needle
roller. Despite having a smaller cross-section, has a higher load bearing capacity,
equipped with a thin and long needle bearing roller (roller diameter D≤5mm,
L / D≥2.5, L is the length of the roller), so radial structure is compact, its
diameter size and load capacity and other types of bearings, minimum diameter,
especially for radial dimensions limited support structure.
Product Applications:
Needle roller bearings are mainly used in car engines, transmissions, compressors, cranes, etc.

- Q:i shanged all the bearings and it ran fine for 20 minutes then started spitting and shaking and making pfft noises when i hit the gas.like this vrooom pfft vroom pfft pfft vroom offt pfft pfft pfft bang pfft pfft vroom. if that makes sence lolso im thinking its the timing or the engine is not good any more.DO YOU THINK ITS THE TIMING?and can you refresh my memory on tdoing timing?make sure the number 1 cyl is up and the distributor is in the number 1 possition. then make sure its just barely over top dead center and thats about it right?
- First mistake: nickel-and-diming engine repairs. You broke the crankcase seal to replace your bearings, now you are chasing a golf ball on a one-hole par 1 course. Your timing marks for crank and cam gear should meet vertically straight depending on the make/model. The rotating assembly is a precision-balanced instrument with extremely close tolerances, if any part is thrown off balance you have compromised its integrity. Second mistake: you didn't state year make or model of car. Not all are created equal.
- Q:i have an eastern ramrodder 2009, the bearings are getting very stiff and pop and bang. i need replacements. i need to know the type and size of my bike. and a place i can get replacements.
- You get bearings. Bearings are one of the only part of the bike that actually do follow a mostly industry standard. Unless you're one of those roadie freaks who wants ceramic bearings, just go to your LBS to get replacements. Specify if they're for the headset or for the hubs or the bottom bracket, and the shop will send you on your merry way with the right ones.
- Q:i have a 2003 suzuki ozark 250, and the front wheel bearings are shot. I have the bearings, but before i start, i would like to have an idea of what im doing. Is it anything like replacing wheel bearings on a car? If so, just say its like that and i should be good to go. i've looked all over the internet for instructions, but i cannot find any. Ive changed car wheel bearings before, so if its anything like that, then say so. If not, post a link or description on how to do it. thanks
- is almost the same, the only diff is how the wheel is opened up,,, i believe they seal the bearings so you will haft to press them out i think,, if not then then its the same,,, ive only came across 2 types of 4wheelers that had to do that,, they were polarius models that floated on the water,,, now lookin at yours its the same as a car,,, after removing the wheel you take off the spindle ( for a car its called a rotor) then pick out the bearing clean out the grease add new grease, and pack the bearings with grease befor you put it in,, the more grease the better lol
- Q:Are bearings measured in diameter or circumference?
- Neither one. Bearings are measured in degrees. Or, do you mean bearings as in ball bearings? Those are measured in diameter.
- Q:I'm shopping for a new fishing reel for this spring. I noticed that all of the spinning reels tell how many bearings they have. Is it better to have less or more bearings, and what purpose do they serve, what advantage do they give you?
- There will be as many opinions on this as there are fish in the sea......and everyone will swear they are correct, and to an extent they will be.......... here's my $.02 Bearings will determine how smooth a reel will be. You need to try different reels in the store and see for yourself. If you pick up a reel w/ 4 or 5 ball bearings and it feels as smooth as one with 8 and costs $50 less, you have to determine if the cost is worth it. I would reccomend 4 ball bearing minimum. You also need to choose a reel for the type of fishing you are doing. What I mean by this is gear ratio. The higher the ratio the faster the reel will bring in line. Downside: the higher the number the less torque the reel will have. For most light freshwater applications (say a 7' medium fast spinning rod with 6-10 lb test line) a gear ratio of between 4:1 and 6:1 will be fine. Next up: drag. Even if a reel has 8 or 9 ball bearings if the drag sytem is poor, the reel isn't worth a wooden nickel. You'll have a choice of front or rear drag. While rear drag reels are easier to adjust, they don't have the guts of a front drag reel. Front drag reels usually have larger multiple washers (usually teflon) than rear drag reels. Now we come to brands.... Diawa, Shimano, Okuma, Penn.... forgive me if I don't mention them all. Each will have it's own feel. (I'm partial to Shimano) but you should compare brands and see what feels best to you. When all is said and done you should find a very good reel with at least 4 ball bearings, a 4:1 to 6:1 gear ratio and preferably front drag for under $100. I use Shimano Stradic (about $120) reels on my spinning rods
- Q:My back wheel bearings fell out of my 2009 125cc foreign pit bike!!! any help on prices, sizes, and/or maintence?
- There should be a number stamped on the somewhere. Look under Wheel Bearings in your Yellow Pages and take them to a specialist. Or do it online. You may even be able to find an online wheel bearing shop if you google it and do a bit of research. I've found that most good-sized cities will have a bearing specialist or engineering shop who can help out.
- Q:I have Super 6 Swiss bones bearings. I bought new rubber shields for them. I cleaned them with the bones cleaning unit and re lubed them but when i put the shields on they just wont move. They are called Non-contact rubber shields. it seems like for some reason they Are coming in contact with the bearing, what should i do?
- Sounds like you bent the shields when you inserted them, or put them too far in. The shields should be flush with the edges of the bearings. This is assuming that the bearings spun without the shields. You did remember to not use water-based cleaners on the bearings?
- Q:What are some signs when a wheel bearing and/or ball joints are in need of replacement? For example, does the steering wheel shake a lot? What sort of noises do you hear? What happens if you don't repair/replace these parts over a long period of time?
- popping and thumpin, some grinding noises, vibrations at highway speeds. look at them, it doesnt matter if you know a lot about vehicals or not, thats one of those things just about anyone can tell if their bad.
