Introduction

On the basis of absorbing advanced foreign technology, our company developed the JXD trolley luffing mechanism independently for small and medium-sized tower cranes.

This series of trolley mechanism consists of electromagnetic double-speed change-pole motor, semi-concealed planetary reducer, drum, frame and other components. Its characteristics include compact sturcture, high driving efficiency, and low noise, safe and reliable braking, accurate positioning, pleasing in appearance and so on. When users have higher requirements to the trolley running, variable- frequency speed regulation motor with the same interface and relevant electric contol system may be changed to form the variable-frenquency speed regulation trolley mechanism.

Q:I'm curious
It's lifted in sections I believe. Once they're at their intended vertical height they then start to construct horizontally. Bit like big boys Mechano (not sure if I spelled that correctly).
Q:Notice of tower crane
Installation condition of 3.2 tower crane3.2.1 tower crane has special equipment manufacturing license, product certification, manufacturing supervision and inspection certificate, the tower crane manufactured abroad should have product certification, and has been in the construction administrative departments for registration.3.2.2 tower cranes shall be of complete structure and conform to the provisions of GB5144 "safety regulations for tower cranes".3.2.3 under the following circumstances, tower cranes are not allowed to use:If the state has been eliminated from the designated period of time, exceeding the prescribed service life assessment, the safety devices and safety facilities can not meet the safety and technical standards of the state or industry; there is no complete safety technical file.3.2.4 tower cranes must be maintained and fully checked before they are installed. Structural parts with visible cracks, severe corrosion, overall or partial deformation, connecting shafts (pins), Kong You, severe wear and tear should be repaired or replaced, in accordance with the provisions of the installation.3.2.5 tower crane foundation should meet the requirements of the use manual, the carrying capacity of the foundation must meet the requirements of tower crane design, installation should be carried out before the hidden project acceptance, qualified before installation. Slope and drainage facilities should be built around the foundation. The track foundation and track laying of 3.2.6 walking tower crane shall be carried out according to the instruction manual and shall comply with the provisions of GB5144.
Q:can u have a small dog w/u when u are operating a crane?
I can't imagine any employer allowing that condition to exist. A crane operator's attention must be on the job at all times. If the dog were to do something unexpected at a critical time, the operator may be distracted and lose control of the load.
Q:the lifting capacity of a hydraulic crane is based on two primary design factors what are they?
The potential lifting force of a hydraulic crane is primarily based on the diameter of the piston and on the pressure of the oil. Everything else is subservient, but necessary.
Q:Also, could anyone give me a site with a detailed behind the scenes look on different types of freight ships? I hold a strong interest in the shipping sector and being unsure on little details like these annoy me. Thanks!
? ? ? Onboard Cranes from the cabs on each Crane , where'd you think from ?
Q:How do you win something from those crane machines in stores?????
Spongebob says to Squidward, Be the crane. Holding the button until it releases to the door, don't letting go of the button helps me win something, don't let the time run out, look for a place where the claw can hook up to something like an attachment or box . Sometimes it is pure luck. I won about 600 different things from jewrly, watches, stuffed animals, precious moments porcelain boxes, rings, landyards, and collectibles. Sometimes double or triple at one time. Good luck!!!!
Q:Is Fireplace Crane a modern term for the swing-out metal arms that hang over a fireplace for cooking? e.g. like in dutch ovens or pots/cauldrons that hang over a fire. It sounds like a more modern term and I need to know if there is an older term. Thanks.
An older term might be randle bar, but I think both terms are fine to use.
Q:I've heard that daddy longlegs aka crane flies contain the most deadly venom of all insects. The only reason they aren't dangerous or deadly is because they have no mouth or 'straw' to inject the venom. But I'm not sure what's correct. Although they cannot harm us humans, is it possible for them to be able to inject the venom into other creatures? Also, I've heard that dragonflies contain deadly venom too, but just like with the crane flies, they cannot transfer the venom any way. Is this true?Any zoology professionals? Note: I may need correcting, and this may even be just an urban myth. Thanks for your time!
The myth involved harvestmen or daddy (sometimes called grandaddy) long legs...though crane flies are also called that...primarily in the UK and Europe. But NEITHER have any venom at all. Venom is costly......therefore why would you have venom it you can not use it? I actually know someone who tested the harvestmen theory by making one bite him by holding it on his arm. It took a while but it finally did get through his skin....guess what?....He is fine. No effect what so ever. @ tuesday I would like to see how the ld50 of bullet ants and jack jumper ants stack up to that ant....
Q:A heavy concrete panel is being lifted into position in a building by means of a crane (see figure below). The tension of 1.78 x 10^4 N in the supporting cable produces a torque with respect to point O. (Let L = 46.3 m.)
The crane contributes a torque of 495,979.8 Newton-meters. 1.78e+4 * 46.3 * cos(53.0) = 495,979.8 ...but this is not the total (net) torque. There is also a torque due to the weight of the concrete slab - torque we are ignoring since we do not know the weight of the slab.
Q:What makes a crane so strong?
Cranes are built using a structural technique called a truss which is characterized by looking like a series of triangles connected together. That structure prevents the members from having to resist any bending loads. All of the truss members experience only tension and compression, no bending. That is an extremely efficient structure which is why they can be so strong without being monstrously heavy. Or if you prefer the short answer, engineers make the crane so strong.
