Application of PE500×750 Jaw crusher
This series of jaw crusher can reach the crushing ratio of 4-6 and the shape of final product is even. They are widely applied to crush high hardness, mid hardness and soft rocks and ores such as slags, construction materials, marble, etc. The pressure resistance strength is under 200Mpa, that is, suitable for primary crush.They can be used in mining, metallurgical industry, construction, road and railwaybuilding, conversancy, chemistry, etc.
Working Principle of PE500×750 Jaw crusher
This series jaw crusher adopts electric motor as the power, and the eccentric shaft is revolved by an electric motor through v-belts. It causes the swing jaw to follow the pre concerted path and crush the in-fed materials, and then the materials will be crushed in the crushing chamber which is composed of the stationary jaw plate, swing jaw plate and the liner plate. Finally the finished materials are discharged from the lower part of machine.
Please carefully examine the fasteners, especially the lubrication components and bolts before starting the machine. Enough oil is needed on each lubrication component. Fasten the loose bolts, clean the crushing cavity, and then start the machine. Insufficient load or over load is not allowed. Moving jaw plate, fixed jaw plate, side guard plate and roof plate are wearing parts, and much attention should be paid to them.

- Q: Very old Coleman presidential gas heater cycles off and back on very frequently! I'm sure its from the 60's! As we are financially unable to have it replaced. I have recently cleaned the filter. But makes no difference, it runs this way all the time! I've been attempting to use electric radiating heaters in only the rooms that are being used. My mother, old and ornery, doesn't like this idea as she recently was told by somebody how much electricity they use (1500W at most, they also have options for 6900W). I believe the old whole house heater uses more energy than the room heaters, She believes the opposite! Which of us is correct???What's wrong with the heater? - Yes, it will fit, as long as you have a BOP bell housing. (BOP=Buick,Olds,Pontiac) While a rock crusher is a good tranny, you can use a Borg Warner super T10 which is what came in the car from the factory and is an excellent transmission, and you can use the driveshaft you already have from the 400turbo with the Borg Warner.
