- Mine really hurt, but I didn't scream. For the first few days I couldn't sleep on it, I noticed bubbles forming around the ends but, that's normal with piercings with cartilage. Make sure you go somewhere who uses the tube for the needle. When I went, since my ears were small, he used two different needles it lasted too long. But it wasn't worse than my tragus so, I was able to accept the pain.

- Didn't hurt that much. The only part that sucks is the fact that you get done with the first hole...and you think to yourself it hurt but was it wasn't that bad. Then you realize wow he's not done he still has to do the second one. Before you know it your done. - I'd leave it until its fully healed. If it isn't healed then if you get the dye in the holes it can make it infected. I had a cartridge piercing and dyed my hair and it got infected and I had to take it out and now I have a big lump on my ear. So wait until its healed before dying your hair.il its healed before dying your hair.
- Q: Okay well it's been 4 weeks now and I think that the front part is infected I'm not sure. But just next to the piercing there's a bump in my ear and puss comes out, but it's not that much. How can I tell if it is infected? And if it is, is there anything I can do about it? Thanks. :)
- It may be getting infected, I would just put alchoal on a Q-tip and rub it on at night and in the morning. Good luck (:

The best way to make sure of this is to go to your body piercer and ask them to help you order a new bar. You can also just change the ends if you're looking for a new look. If you get the wrong length and shape, you can end up ruining your piercing. Bars that are the wrong size can put pressure on the piercings and cause them to migrate, deform, form keloids, or at the least be very sore. Just pop into your piercer and order the right thing! If you mean what would match to be worn with it, not in it then just about any body jewlery will look fine.
