Aso, keep the water cool or warm, not hot, and be sure item is colorfast. If you are not sure, be safe and just wash as directed on the packaging.

- I don't know exactly WHERE to purchase them.....I 'googled' and found a supplier that I like. but the TYPE of envelopes that I use are called glassine. They are great for storage.....but are slightly opaque so may not be the best for presentation. Ask at your post office, its where I first asked. Good luck and hopefully I'll get an education from other answers here on this too :)
