Q: I have a T-Mobile phone with a 2 year contract, i was wondering if i can buy a new phone(t-mobile) and just take the sim card out of my old phone to put in the new one and in the process keeping my same number and still being able 2 continue in my 2 year contract?: Yes, I did it a few days ago. I had an blackberry but a few months later, I broked it and didn't want to upgrade it because I would have to make a new contract so I went to Walkmart, buyed a new t-mobile phone ( It was cheaper, $25.00) and then just switched the sim card to the new phone. T Mobile is merging with att so it is not a good idea to sign a contract with them. There are many complaints with the T Mobile phones.I hope that this helps.

Q: do iphone app work on other mobile phones?if so what phones?and if not why not?: nope check with the app's developer or website and see if they make them for other platforms/phones. Some of the popular companies that make apps for the iphone make them for other phones also. Especially the big game maker companies like EA (electronic arts). They do not make them for all platforms because it is like going back and reprograming the app for Mac when it was made for Windows. Get it?

Not looking to switch phone plans.: Nope Vigin Mobile will not allow you to do that. The Paylo phones have only a few phones. You can not buy a unlimited Virgin Mobile phone and put it into a Paylo account. Secondly there is no sim cards on Virgin Mobile since Virgin Mobile uses CDMA network here in the United States.

Q: I want a touch screen T mobile phone that does not require me to subscribe to web access.Does anyone know of a good one?: T Mobile has had many problems with their [phones and network since they found out that they are merging with ATT. I know first hand. Since they know that this merger will go through T Mobile just stop caring. Their goal is to sell as many phones as possible to lock you into a contract. T Mobile has spent millions in legal fees because their employees continue to give out their customer's ssn and pass code. I have the case number for this. I hope that this helps as a great deal of research has gone into this.

Q: I have a T-Mobile Shadow. It's old and beat up and I got it in about 2008. I think Its due for an upgrade but I don't know which phones I can get for it. I really want the HTC HD2. I was wondering if I could upgrade to that phone for free or if it would cost anything. Or any other phone for that matter. Preferably a touch screen phone, its just easier.: You need to go to the T-Mobile website and sign into your account or if you haven't set up an online account, do so. All cell phone carriers have their sites set up that will show you 1. If you qualify for an upgrade. 2. How much this upgrade will cost. For instance: Sprint lets me get an upgrade every year. Some phones are absolutely free and some I would have to pay a small fee ( such as a 300. phone I might only pay $50). Also, Sprint will let me upgrade after 6 months however, the credit I get is less. At 6 months, I get $50 and then at 8 months $75 and so on.) If you are not computer savvy and cannot find how to do this on your own, call T-Mobile. They will gladly and willingly direct you to their sales department and tell you what you qualify for.
