You suggested getting the pests on and stale. the place do the recent ones come from after a perfect extermination?

But I doubt that it can be spread when the person goes over to visit you. Unless that person woke up wearing what he wore to sleep and didn't bathe before going to your house. Usually bed bugs are spread by sharing a bed. Eg: I have bed bugs, and I go sleep in my parent's bed in the middle of the night. Then I might bring my bed bugs along. So I think you're safe.
