The car is applicable for installation, maintenance and daily inspection & maintenance of upper equipment of overhead catenary system of standard gauge railway lines, also used as traction vehicle. 

It is fitted with lifting and rotation working platform for various work conditions, meanwhile the vehicle can be equipped with OCS inspection device, pantograph, cable guidance and on board crane and so on .

The vehicle is an important power equipment of daily service, maintenance and first aid service for railway lines. 

Running gear consists of 2 two-axle bogies with a max, travel speed of 120km/h (hauling 50t on straight and level track)

Lifting and rotation working platform is fitted to meet various operation conditions of OCS. Inspection unit, pantograph, wire tension roller and crane can be mounted according to customer's requirements
