Well I never heard of a bed with just minutes. The beds I use are levels. I usually go in for 20 minutes each time anyway. But, if they're based on minutes, then I would choose the 20 minutes. You will get tanner easily and your body gets more used to it faster, making you tan easier.

It can be due to developmental delays and that could be hereditary. It can also be sign of a child with problems which may need some counselling. A Dr. can check to make sure it is not a physical delay and recommend a psychologist if he feels it is an emotional problem. My friends son was a bed wetter and I went with her to the Dr. when she had him checked. He needed counselling due to the broken home, new man and baby etc. He is doing alot better now.
