Separation
The isolation of the railway dregs and the roadbed, roadbed and the soft base, surface of the airdrome and parking lot and the groundsill, different dam materials. It isolates the
soil and the gravel of two kinds different

granule pathway from the groundsill or other buildings.
Reinforcement
The highway, railway, soil-stone dam, breakwater, airport, backfill soil of retaining wall,
slope protection, etc in which distributes the earth stress,
prevents the side-displacement of the earth body and improves the earth
body stability.

Q:How do I prevent algae growth in a nursery tray?
To prevent algae growth in a nursery tray, there are a few steps you can take. Firstly, make sure to clean the tray thoroughly before using it, removing any remnants of previous plants or algae. Secondly, avoid overwatering the tray as excess moisture can promote algae growth. Instead, water the plants from the bottom to keep the tray surface dry. Additionally, provide proper ventilation and ensure adequate air circulation in the nursery area, as algae thrives in stagnant conditions. Lastly, consider using a natural algae control method such as adding a small amount of hydrogen peroxide or vinegar to the water used for irrigation.
Q:What are the advantages of using agricultural plastic products?
There are several advantages of using agricultural plastic products. Firstly, they provide protection to crops from pests, diseases, and extreme weather conditions, thus increasing yields. Secondly, they help in conserving water by reducing evaporation and maintaining soil moisture. Thirdly, they improve soil health by preventing weed growth and reducing the need for herbicides. Additionally, agricultural plastic products are lightweight, easy to handle, and cost-effective, making them a convenient choice for farmers. Lastly, these products can be reused, recycled, or properly disposed of, promoting sustainability in agriculture.
Q:is using plastic ecologically sound ?what is the need of using plastic bags and how can we reduce the amount of garbage?
yes, some plastics are degradable over 5-10 years. You can reduce garbage (waste) by being conscious of how much of it you buy in the first place. For instance: Canned carrots have a metal can to deal with. Frozen carrots have a wax-coated paper box or plastic bag to deal with. Fresh carrots offer no waste at all except the tops which are fully degradable. Use fewer paper products - no paper napkins, no paper towels. Recycle your mail into recycling bins, or buy a cheap shredder and use shredded mail to send packages in. Carry a reusable tote to do your grocery shopping with. Recycling opportunities are everywhere if you seek them
Q:Are nursery trays suitable for starting blueberry bushes?
Yes, nursery trays are suitable for starting blueberry bushes. Nursery trays provide a controlled environment for seedlings, allowing them to establish their root systems before being transplanted into larger containers or the ground. This method can help ensure successful growth and development of blueberry bushes.
Q:How can I dye plastics parts? Please tell me where I could get the dye also. Thanks
You can paint or otherwise finish the surface, but dyes to color plastic are put in the plastic BEFORE it is molded.
Q:What are the different types of agricultural plastic row covers?
There are several different types of agricultural plastic row covers, including floating row covers, low tunnels, high tunnels, and greenhouse covers.
Q:You know what I'm talking about? The clear plastic in wallets where you slip your ID card in. I've been trying to search for where I can buy some plastic like that but the closest I've come is to buy transparency film and cut them to size. I'm not looking for pouches, just single pieces of the plastic. Is there a proper name for it? I've searched quot;plastic in wallets for IDsquot;, quot;wallet plasticquot;, etc. If you have any info on where I could buy them, I'd love to hear. Thanks.Sorry if this question is in the wrong place. I have no idea where to put it.
There are two kinds of thin plastic and you have managed to crisscross your description to make it unclear what you want. The harder plastic that is used on the laminating things is polyester (as it says in the description) and you should be able to find sheets of it at office supply stores in the form of dividers for folders and sheet protectors for reports. The softer plastic that is used for the kind of wallet I carry where there is a Z fold of pockets to put 2-4 ID cards - 2 showing - is polyethylene plastic and you should be able to find it in various thicknesses at hardware stores and home centers where it is sold by the foot several feet wide off of rolls to make temporary windows to cover screens in winter or to make green houses/hot beds for plants for one season.
Q:How do agricultural plastic products help with crop pollination?
Agricultural plastic products can help with crop pollination by providing a controlled environment that enhances pollination efficiency. By using plastic tunnels or row covers, farmers can protect crops from adverse weather conditions and pests, while also creating a warm and sheltered space for pollinators like bees to thrive. The plastic material can also help to extend the growing season, allowing crops to flower and attract pollinators for a longer duration. Overall, agricultural plastic products can contribute to improved pollination rates and ultimately lead to higher crop yields.
Q:What is the best ground cover for suppressing weeds?
One of the best ground covers for suppressing weeds is mulch. It acts as a protective layer, preventing weed growth by blocking sunlight and providing a barrier for weed seeds to germinate. Additionally, mulch helps retain moisture, improves soil health, and adds aesthetic appeal to the garden.
Q:Can nursery trays be used for starting succulent arrangements?
Yes, nursery trays can be used for starting succulent arrangements. These trays provide a convenient and organized space for succulent propagation. They typically have multiple compartments, allowing you to separate different succulent varieties. Additionally, nursery trays often have drainage holes that help prevent overwatering and root rot, which is crucial for succulent growth.
