- Q: How come Chinese people make farming machinery whereas black African people do not and thus have famines?
- Farming machinery does exist in Africa, so that's a false statement that Africans do not build such machinery. However, if you’re wondering why China might have more farming machinery than Africa, one must take into consideration the states of China and much of Africa. China is less politically corrupt than much of Africa and tends to care more for its people, not to mention the higher education is great quality where they can learn all about machinery, and they have more than enough money to fund such material. Thus, the Chinese have better chances of learning to build such machines, which would likely see them producing more machines. Much of Africa, on the other hand, is plagued by government corruption, so many Africans cannot attend schools to build such complex machinery, nor do the average Africans have enough money to fund and build such projects. In addition, Africans barely attend school due to infrastructure problems and, if they do attend school, their education might have less quality than that in China. Thus, many of the poor parts of Africa would likely have less machinery build by Africans themselves. Nevertheless, higher income parts of Africa, with less corruption always undergoes development.
- Q: Payback: Quebec, Inc., is purchasing machinery at a cost of $3,768,966. The company expects, as a result, cash flows of $979,225, $1,158,886, and $1,881,497 over the next three years. What is the payback period?

- Q: Such as in terms of construction equipment like a crane, what is the maximum amount of weight that can be lifted by any existing machine?
- A crane's limitation is defined as metre-tonnes, because it is the moment that creates the limitation of the crane lift. A crane does the same amount of work to lift 50 tonnes at 10 metres as it does to lift 100 tonnes at 5 metres. That being said; I believe the largest single lift was perfromed by one of forty-two Lampson Tranis Lift IIs in Corpus Christi TX. The actual load was 1000 tonnes. And this just happens to be a MOBILE unit, on top of everything else!

- Q: Hey, so I'm currently working on business coursework. We need to create a made up a business and i have chosen one of those businesses that print peoples picture on to items such a t-shirts, coasters mugs etc.. On one section i need to talk about the equipment and machinery i will need and to be honest i have no idea! could anybody give me a list of them?
- Well, it is possible you have chosen one of the most difficult businesses to theorize. Printing on t shirts can be done digitally, or using silk screens, or myriad other ways all of which have their benefits and drawbacks. Doing digital printing requires a machine that looks pretty much like a giant inkjet printer where the design is printed much like printing on paper with a few other details. I could go on and on but the homework is yours...
