- NO!! Ironing leather will ruin it! I've never tried to iron leather, but I assume that it will burn a hole or leave marks. Leather is cow skin, so I imagine it's similar to taking an iron to a cow's bare skin. You're best bet it to take is to the cleaners. But, I also read that if you put a THICK brown paper bag over the jacket and iron at a low to medium setting, it won't ruin you're clothes. I wouldn't take chances, though.

- I have tried t he CG Gold irons. They are solid irons. I like Cleveland clubs. I do think the Mizuno MX-23s are easier to hit out of the rough. The CG Red is for better players. Many cleveland tour pros it. On the other hand, I think you are too good for the Hibore irons. It depends why you are a 16 handicap. If you are 16 because your ball striking is good but putting and short game, are poor you can consider the red irons. But if are a 16 because of poor ball striking, go with the gold. You can get the Gold Combo Set (3,4 iron is Hibore, 5-PW are CG Gold)

- Spinach has a lot of iron in it, but it is not well-absorbed. In other words, spinach is good if your baby's diaper has an iron problem. Kale is a much better choice than spinach for this reason. Neither broccoli nor carrot is a good source of iron. Liver is the best source of dietary iron. If your baby doesn't have food allergies, tomatoes (or other acidic foods) cooked in a cast iron pot are also good.

If its flesh colored you are lacking enough iron and should take a herbal iron like Floradix. It will take a month to see a difference. Iron carrys oxygen in your blood and if you dont have it you will feel tired, cold hands and feet, headaches, RLS, dull brittle hair, brittle nails, poor sleep, pale skin (see thru), shortness of breath, fatigue, poor concentration, low mood, ringing in the ears, irregular heart beats, cracks in the corner of the mouth, dizziness, fainting, sore tongue and canker sores. Add b12 and folic acid for best results. They are giving him iron that is congesting his liver which is why he is feeling sick. Have him switch to a natural iron like floradix and also have him drink a small glass of real orange juice before each meal to help with absorbtion from his food. Floradix comes in liquid or small pills. Yes it is the drs mistake, they should be paying attention to his liver and his pain.which is caused by a congested liver and they know it.
