Electrolytic Manganese Metal Flakes
Properties:
The main application of electrolytic manganese metal flakes:
Manganese is an important alloying agent. It is added to improve the strength, toughness, stiffness, hardness, wear resistance, and hardenability of steels. Together with aluminum and antimony, especially in the presence of copper, it forms highly ferromagnetic alloys. Manganese dioxide is used as a depolarizer in dry cells and as a decolorizing agent for glass that has been colored green due to iron impurities. The dioxide is also used in drying black paints and in the preparation of oxygen and chlorine. Manganese colors glass an amethyst color and is the coloring agent in natural amethyst. The permanganate is used as an oxidizing agent and is useful for qualitative analysis and in medicine. Manganese is an important trace element in nutrition, although exposure to the element is toxic in higher quantities.
Introduction
Electrolytic manganese metal flake is with silver gray metallic luster, hard and crisp, melting point 1245, boilling point 1962, with strong oxidation-reduction capacity. Specific gravity is 7.2. In comparison with metal manganese made by elctric warming, the electrogenerated mental manganese is of higher purity, superior quality and wider application.
Standard
YB/T 051--93
Application
Mainly used in steel-making, special steel-making, non-ferrous alloy (A-Mn alloy, Ti-Mn alloy, Mg-Mn alloy). It is also widely applied in chemical industry, electron undustry, medicine, aerospace, medicine. Also it is used in the high performance soft magnetization ferrite, high magnetic permeability ferrite, high saturated magnetic induction density low cost ferrite, high stable low cost ferrite.
Electrolytical manganese mainly used as an additive ,to increase the hardness , stiffness , and corrosion resistance of metal alloy applied to the field of steel smelting, non-ferrous alloy, Electronic Technology, chemical industry ,environmental protection ,space industry ,etc.

- Q: This may sound stupid, but could someone please tell me all the diffrent types of metal and explain them??
- you mean hardest, like you're testing with a rockwell tester? i'll assume you mean pure elements, so a compressed sample of tungsten would be quite hard. as to resistivity to corrosion, all metals can be affected by acid, I would guess that the more electronegative the metal was, the more resistance it would have to corrosion. the earth and alkalai earth metals react violently, and support this assumption. good luck hold up i just checked my materials engineering textbook, and it said that gold and platinum were the hardest metals to corrode. if you've done any chemistry, you'll know that gold will accept electrons from most other elements, and is actually more cathodic than water. (meaning that it will not (unforced) dissociate into water.
- Q: what is an alkali metal? What is a valence electron?
- Geez Metallica. Says it right there. Your friend is an idiot because Metallica is thrash metal. I find your attempt and impersonating death metal stereotypical and comedic.
- Q: A lot of 'nu-metal' bands are considered alternative metal bands. Are the two genres different? I believe there is a slight difference. So the main question is... are they the same? What makes them different?
- From Wikipedia: Nu metal is a musical genre that typically fuses influences from grunge[1] and alternative metal of the 1990s with funk music, hip-hop, and various heavy metal genres, such as thrash metal and groove metal. Some nu metal bands: Linkin Park, Korn, Limp Bizkit,Papa Roach Black metal has lots of distortion, high pitched shrieking vocals, and a fast pace similar to thrash though it also frequently involves itself with anti-Judeo Christian themes. Some black metal bands: Venom, Bathory, Mayhem, and Darkthrone. Death metal shares most of the elements of black metal except it usually has low growled vocals sometimes nicknamed Cookie Monster vocals after the Sesame Street character and obviously a lyrical preoccupation with death and violent imagery. Some death metal bands are Entombed, Carcass, and In Flames. Thrash metal is a subgenre of heavy metal music, one of the extreme metal subgenres that is characterised by its signature high speed and aggression.[1] The origins of thrash metal are generally traced to the late 1970s and early 1980s, when a number of bands began incorporating the sound of the New Wave of British Heavy Metal (NWOBHM),[2] creating a new genre and developing into a separate movement from punk rock. This genre is much more aggressive compared to its relative, speed metal. There is often significant crossover from one metal category to another, and the influence of non-metal genres, including classical music and jazz, is not uncommon. Bands playing thrash metal include Testament, Nuclear Assault, Megadeth and Slayer. For the other metal genres, see link below...
- Q: Can someone explain to me all the different kind of genres. From what i think:-metalcore is like hardcore metal with some screaming some regular vocals-metal is like hardcore rock???? help-death metal is a step past metalcore and there is more screaming???-black metal is like devil worshiping stuff...right?any other things i missed?P.S. my favorite metal bands are Asking Alexandria, blessthefall, and As I Lay Dying....you guys?
- Heavy Metal- Opeth (but anything heavy in general.. Ozzy Osborne being the earliest) Hard Rock- AC/DC (again, this is another huge sub-genre.. Steel Panther, Chevelle, Skillet.. even Nickelback) Alternative Metal- In Flames (possibly the biggest Metal subgenre.. Linkin Park, Tool etc) Thrash Metal- Slayer Industrial Metal- Rammstein Metalcore- Killswitch Engage (Botch, Zao, BlessTheFall, Parkway Drive and all this new age Malcore eg: Asking Alexandria) Hardcore Punk- Black Flag (today, Modern Life Is War run this sub-genre) Deathcore- Chelsea Grin Nu Metal- Korn Death Metal- Cannibal Corpse Post-Hardcore- Fugazi (Silverstein, From Autumn To Ashes, Adept and today's even worse Malcore eg: Pierce The Veil) Gothic Metal- Cradle Of Filth? (Anathema, Type 0 Negative) Black Metal- Agalloch (sorry, but i'm not big on Black Metal)
- Q: if so what are your top 5 favorite Death Metal bands?
- Without metal, we'd still be cavemen and there would be a lot of broken wooden clubs and bats. Metals played a significant role in humankind's technology and it really took off after the Stone Age. In our community, metal makes our infrastructure such as: pipes, drills, computers, telephone poles, vehicles, signs, satellites, furniture, etc. Metals are also used to create other items. Concrete comes from metallic mixers, toothpicks from chainsaws, and even power from batteries.
- Q: i have been listening to metal for a few years but i still feel like there are a lot of bands i'm missing out on. currently i'm listening to bands like finntroll, sepultura, amon amarth and blood shot dawn. i'm not a huge fan of black metal but i don't listen to to that much so maybe a few black metal bands for beginners would be nice also i'm not really interested in any core bands especially grindcore. I figure im mostly in the melodic and folk stuff but i wouldn't mind getting into some of the harder bands though. if anyone can help it would be much appreciated
- Here are all of the Black Metal Genres (and their crossover) I know of not mentioned in : Blackgaze: Crossing Atmospheric Black Metal with Shoegaze (where instruments blend with each other Bands: Deafheaven, Alcest Blackened Death Metal: Crossing Black Metal with Death Metal Bands:Belphagor, Behemoth Blackened Doom Metal: Crossing Black Metal with Doom Metal Bands: Woods of Ypres, early Katatonia Depressive Suicidial Black Metal (DSBM): Black Metal with a more introverted atmosphere Bands:Shining, Gris, Trist Melodic Black Metal: Black Metal with a heavier emphasis on a clean and polished sound Bands: Dissection, Windir, Borknager Pagan Black Metal: Black metal with some folk elements and more melodic guitars Bands: Ulver, Negur? Bunget Progressive Black Metal: Crossing Black Metal with Progressive Rock/Progressive Metal Bands: Enslaved
- Q: yo, homiez do you like metal? :)if so then what specifically?
- 1. Which is hotter, the air inside your oven, or the metal inside? Since the metal is way hotter, it conducts heat better. 2. I'm guessing that is a metallic trait. Do gases even melt? lol 3. Dull/brittle sounds like a metalloid to me. If that's not an option, I would stick with metal. 4. Metals usually react with stuff on the opposite side of the periodic table....which are usually non-metals (aka ionic compound). I'm a little rusty at this stuff, but I think those are right.
- Q: is it possible to make some metal songs about Islam ?
- Metals: Shiny, form Ionic bonds, Hard/tough Nonmetals: Form ionic bonds, form covalent bonds, mostly gases at room temp.
- Q: In the idea of sub genres who are the revolutionaries of traditional heavy metal? Iron maiden is said to be the creator of power metal and Metallica is said to be the creator of thrash metal. What about other subgenres such as progressive, death, melodic, glam, speed, industrial, black, metalcore, hardcore?
- Nu Metal, Death Metal ect are catergorized into a subgenre of rock, called Metal. Nu Metal, Death Metal, ect are all sub-subgenres of metal.
- Q: what are your metal prices , recycled metal long short , alum. copper????
- Use fire to heat it up. Thats the only quick way I know about.
