Operating Instruction

- When starting, maintain proper starting speed, should not be too fierce.

- Observe the voltage of the voltmeter. If the voltage below limiting voltage, the forklift should stop ope rationing  immediately.

- When the forklift truck processing, it is not allowed to pull the direction switch to change the driving direction, to avoid burning the electric component and damaging the gear.

- Traveling and lifting should not be carried out simultaneously.

- Take notice of the sound of driving system and steering system is normal, if the sound is abnormal , it should be eliminated in time.

- Slow down when turning

- If the road is in bad condition, should be reduced proper weight and driving speed during operation.

- Before lifting, should understand the weight of the goods and its shall not exceed the lifting weight of the forklift.

- When packing the goods, the goods should be securely wrapped

- Adjust the fork spacing according to the size of the goods, so that the goods are evenly distributed between the two forks to avoid partial load.
