Q:lighter period....
Stressing about something whether good or bad can cause a period to be lighter (an example only). Also, sometimes changes in diet or exercise can affect a period causing it to be lighter (another example only). I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
Q:Why there is no light in thespace..??As sun light comes inEarth by passing the space...
There is light, but it's only going in one direction - away from the sun. If you look in any other direction, the light can't enter your eye, so it looks dark. On Earth the air scatters light to some extent in all directions. Also it reflects to some extent off the many solid objects in our surroundings. Therefore if you look in any direction there is some light, although it is much less intense than is coming directly from the sun. If you were to look directly at the sun, there is so much light it's blinding.
Q:Does anyone know the 2013 Mazda 3 Dome light size?
Check under Specifications Light Bulbs in the back of your owner's manual. My 2012 says: Overhead lights (front map lights) 8 watt Overhead light (rear) 10 watt It does not say bulb type, but if you take one out and take it to the store...
Q:how do light-producing marine animals produce light?
animals do not produce light. i dont really understand your question because that seems pretty much straightforward -.- if youre referring to the light you see in animals' eyes at night, then that is simply a reflection of the little light there is hence animals' keen night vision. the sun is a star, btw.......... and they are great balls of FIRE in SPACE. in conclusion, the stars=fire and fire=light animals' eyes=not fire but reflection i really dont know how to explain this further...
Q:In a dark room, I flick on the light switch. Light, traveling at the speed of light, goes from the bulb to the wall. I do not beleive it is possible for something to go from 0 to speed of light instantly. Therefore, the speed of light changed over time - acceleration! How long(short) does it take to go from 0 to speed of light? And is this acceleration constant?
Light does not behave like a physical object in this regard. It is energy and so it instantly travels at the highest velocity possible within that medium. (Light does travel more slowly through water and air than through a vacuum.) On a different topic, you could figure out how long it takes for the light to be generated once the switch is flipped and the electricity heats the filament (or excites the gas in a fluorescent bulb) to generate the photons of light.
Q:I recently purchased a 3 soft box portable lighting kit using fluorescent tube cool lights. I have been this far unimpressed with the light output, and I was wondering if simply adding a hot-shoe flash to my camera would help out, or if I should invest in a hot spotlight or a ring flash. Shooting with a NikonD40x and I'm not sure about the flash sync capabilities if I go for the flash ring.
You are expressing a common problem. Totally agree with the comment above; mixed lighting will certainly lead to trouble. What you need to do is determine what would be the best lighting situation for the type of photography you are doing and stick with it. Here are my suggestions: 1. Studio flash (with or without soffbox) will be good for portraits and general subject matter. 2. Hot lights (halogen or studio incandescent) are good for still life and interior architecture as you can get an excellent preview of what the lighting will look like as well as get accurate light meter readings. You can, with some experience, paint with light as well. You also have a far greater variability for longer exposure times, so you can have greater controls using the law of reciprocity. 3. Cool lights (either LCD or fluorescent) are very good for small product photography and food pictures where you don't want to add heat to the setup and also want to previsualize you results. As with hot lights, you can have longer exposure times than with electronic flash. Caution on all bulb lighting. Exposure color alters with time and LCD lighting dims after many hours of use. If you don't have a color meter, buy one to make sure you are balancing light color correctly. Be especially careful of ambient light, especially with long exposure times as mix light sources will result in horrible results.
Q:Led garden lights which parameters are very important
Under normal circumstances on these two parameters, and then fine is to add the light cable.
Q:bulbs working on tail lights, dont seem to be blown. no blown fuses. what next? got to get lights before night!!!!!!
did you check brake light switch. at brake pedal ?
Q:i have a normal light that came as a package and it pretty much is a normal light?
Probably. Anemones partly rely on symbiont algae for food, so they need the right lighting. The standard light that comes with most standard kits is not going to cut it. Ian
Q:I was wondering if I had to get a grow light for my plants or could I just use a regular florescent light bulb or something like that? If not, what is the difference in the light bulbs?
A regular forescent light bulb will work fine. Last winter I bought a 4 ft long hanging shop light for $9 at Home Depot. Started all my garden seedlings under the light and they grew very well. The hanging shop light has a chain on each end at the top, so you can hang it under a cabinet or shelf by screwing small hooks (cup hooks) into the bottom of the cabinet or shelf, and hooking the chains onto them. . You can raise the light as your plants go by raising the 2 chains, When the seedlings are big enough to go outside, you just unhook the chains, take the light down, remove the small hooks from the underside of your cabinet and store the light in the basement or attic or wherever until next year.,
