Characteristics of Solar Panel

I Solar Cell : High efficiency crystalline solar cell. Even if under the weak light, the solar module can produce maximum power output.

II Tempered glass (toughened glass): Anti-reflecting coating and high transmission rate glass increase the power output and mechanical strength of solar module.

III EVA and TPT: Using high quality EVA and TPT to prevent destroying and water

IV AI frame: Without screw, corner connection. 6 holes on the frame can be installed easily.

V Junction box: Multi function junction box with water proof.

VI Long lifetime: ≥25 years; Less power decrease.

VII Good performance of preventing from atrocious weather such as wind and hails.

VIII Resisting moisture and etching effectively, not effected by geology.

Currently,We have 250w-300w solar panel stocks in Both West and East Coasts made in Vietnam,India,Korea,Malaysia and Japan.Meanwhile,we also arrange production line in Wisconsin,USA.If you're interested, please contact us soon.

Thanks for your time.

Q: So, I've seen cheap solar panel kits for sale from Harbor Freight, and regardless of whether or not I were to buy a set from them or someone else, I was wondering what the process of implementing a small-scale solar system into your household electrical system would be.I've read articles that started out too in-depth or were speaking of systems on a much larger scale. Can it be as easy as buying the panels and inverter, and plugging it into a socket, or is there more to it?Some of the articles I was reading had mentioned having to contract with your electrical supplier, having to have an electrician tie it all in in some special/ necessary way, using a battery pack (would this be necessary for a tied-in system?), or using the system to only power single items, like a water heater, or plugging items into a connected battery-pack, all of which I'm not sure is necessary or needed for what my goals/ means are/ would be.
Solar panel produces DC power that cannot be used directly by any electric device at house. Besides, it produces very little current unless its size is big as your roof. To convert DC power into AC power requires even more investment, like a huge storage rechargeable battery bank and very high power DC to AC converter . That is not worth to try it to supply whole house electricity with solar power . That might cost you at least U$20,000 to start with and never ended weekly maintenance. You could only try it just for fun to let it light up a few LED directly without the need to add any extra parts to it.
Q: I have several 6v 4.5a sealed lead acid batteries. I would like to hook one of them up to a solar panel and have it stay charged from the solar panel all the time, but not overcharged. Is there a simple way to do this with an IC or something? I am only a beginner with circuits so I want it to be something very easy to make. Basically, I want it to stay charged all the time so it's available if I need it for a power out or something.Thanks.
What I would suggest is that you find a panel that is rated for 00 mA, at any voltage higher than 8 volts. A 2 or even 8-volt panel will do, because the voltage will drop to match the battery. Then I would get a diode to put in series with the panel to prevent the battery from discharging through the panel at night. That's called a blocking diode. At such low currents, a charge controller is not worth it. There is not enough power to overheat the battery, which is principally what a charge controller protects against in a larger system. Be aware that you could also simply plug a trickle charger for the battery into the wall outlet, at a cost of less than a penny a day in electricity.
Q: Can solar panels be used for powering outdoor signage?
Yes, solar panels can be used to power outdoor signage. Solar panels harness sunlight and convert it into electricity, making them a sustainable and eco-friendly option for various applications, including outdoor signage.
Q: Pls is it ok to connect a 0watt and 20watt solar panel together into a charge controller port, can i just tie the wires together and run into the controller?? Will damage anything...Thanks guys
You should specify the controller ratings first. Otherwise it is not possible to answer your question.
Q: i already have solar/gas water heating, but was wondering if getting solar panels for electricity installed was a good idea.
Why of course. Just buying them is the big buzz. Companies are doing thousands if not millions of dollars a month only by selling Solar Panel. I did a little search and I found that it costs 7000$ to install solar panels for an average roof. If you're a hardcore green, then Bon Appétit, I'm not preventing you to buy it. All I'm just saying is that it'll take months if not years to get that money back. It is good for electricity, and I saw it worked on a company building called Better Place, so save the world!
Q: I want to get a solar panel to run a fan (or two) for swamp coolers.I'm not looking to power 20box fans, just maybe some of those auto fans. What the heck kind of panel do I need? What is a power inverter and what does it do?Will I lose all my power if I use a 00' extension cord? How do I choose what I'm going to need?
Here is one that can work for a small swamp cooler, but if you want to build a larger one, use multiple fans. This model uses .4 amps at 2 volts DC. 2 X .4 = 5 watts. You'll want about 6 watts per fan for the panel, so if you had 4 of these fans, at 5 watts each, look for a 25 watt or so sized panel. The panel should have a Volts Open Circuit (Voc) rating around 8 volts, that is normal for a 2 volt system. Then you can just wire the fans, in parallel to each other, to the output of the panel. I read an article in Home Power Magazine about a guy who did this to ventilate his crawl space. He only wanted the fans to run when it was dry weather outside, like when it's sunny. The panel not only powered the fans, but were perfect for sensing when it was sunny. You can do the same thing with the swamp cooler. This fan was clipped from Marlin Jones website, they sell small electronics and such, the link is below. They do not sell solar panels, but I've found OKorder to be a great source for them. We have two small arrays here that run LED lights in parts of our home, and charge cell phones, ipods and small electronics. Take care Jorge, Rudydoo
Q: I don't know anything about solar and what connections that have to be made. any advice and wisdom would be appreciated. thanks

Q: Can solar panels be installed on shopping malls or retail centers?
Yes, solar panels can be installed on shopping malls or retail centers. In fact, many commercial buildings are increasingly adopting solar energy systems to reduce their carbon footprint and save on electricity costs. Installing solar panels on shopping malls or retail centers can provide a sustainable and renewable energy source, contributing to their overall green initiatives.
Q: I need a list of worldwide solar panel manufactures from china, US, Spain, Germany, Japan etc...Can any one direct ne to such place?I rather it will also contain comparison of parameters like efficiacy, quality etc and to be divedied by country of manufacturing.Thank you
You can't buy at that level unless you are connected to governement. A lot of production is already spoken for for years to come. Where you live determines what you can legally buy and install. The EU has it's own certification, the US has 2 sets, the Canadians have their own. Your answer also requires knowing the use for the solar panels, whether it is grid-tie, off-grid or standalone to power an appliance. And you have to choose mono crystalline, poly crystalline, or thin-film.
Q: want to run 400 watt heater 8 hrs a day how many solar panels do i need and batteries
You could do that, but it would be an expensive way to go. If what you really want is heat, consider heating water directly with conventional solar water heaters, and storing it in a large, insulated tank. You can then circulate the water through a conventional radiator at night.
