Q: This is a single phase electric motor. i have the electric panel with spare circuit breaker. all i need to know is how to power the motor. it has altogether 9 wires sticking out of it. 3 wires are joined together, another 3 wires are joined together. and there are three separate wires, so altogether i have 5 wires to work with. any help would be appreciated.thanks: Sounds as though you have a 3 phase motor..not a single phase.
