- It would work But it is a good idea to have separate cables using each one for a specific job. Buy a cable for each job. Label it near the plug for the amp. That way you are always using exactly the same set up every time. When things go wrong and they will, you wil know which cable and which amp or guitar is having the problem. - SATA just pulls out.. actually so does molex connectors (for IDE drives).. just very tough sometimes to get them out. If its black and kinda thin, then its probably SATA and they should just pull straight out.
