I'm looking for a good pair of running tights without any bells and whistles. I'm not interested in any of this tech stuff, so no mesh behind the knees, no zippers on the calves, no reflective material, just basic black spandex. I'd like relatively heavy/sturdy spandex to keep me warm in 40F weather, and I might consider the fleece-lined type also.Could anyone suggest a brand and style? I'm a fan of Nike bottoms (their tops are awful!), so I looked at their website a bit and couldn't find anything as simple as what I want, so maybe I'm just missing something? I'm an Independent so I am my usual group and I personally never have and never will own a gun. I think there are other ways for a person to secure their home than a firearm. Dogs make wonderful family pets and the right breed will be very protective of your home and much more alert and aware than a gun could ever hope to be. With that said, as long as it is in our constitution(and in my opinion does not mean today what the founding fathers meant) I support the right of any American who chooses to own a gun. The only way to treat split ends is to cut them off. When you tell a hairdresser or to do a trim, you tell them to take off the split ends. If you already use this, then you should stop straightening your hair every day. There are lots of ways to style your hair without heat. Google it. Go and get all of the split ends cut off, then use a moisturizing shampoo. If you want to grow your hair out long, then you should get your split ends cut off every couple of months, I usually go every 3. This makes sure that you are removing the split ends from the healthy hair so the healthy hair doesn't get split all the way up to the root.
