- I had industrial carpet (white) in my home and loved it. It was very thick and plush and cleaning was no problem and vacuuming was very easy. I would definitely recommend it. But the best is hardwood floors. Industrial carpeting is expensive and I can get bamboo (50 year guarantee) for $2.12 a square foot at Costco. Bamboo is a sustainable resource, also. I love it and I have six animals in the house.

( I sold Rug Hold in my store) You get them in many sizes to fit your needs and can be cut to fit under your rug and is great at keeping rugs in place and from slipping. Their washable to regain their tacky grip , but leave no tackiness on flooring.. Just get the type you need, some are for hard surfaces and some for wood some for carpet. Great product .. - i use vanish spray to get rid of stain and smell get a cat litter tray for the kitten and the puppy mite be tempted to use it as well. Febreeze is good to deodorise the rest of the house.

- You will need long strips of materials and a large crochet hook. There are stores that carry sheets, pillows, place mats and they also sell bags of cotton strips that are just the right width in all different color. They sell it by the pound. I weave rugs and have used this material before. Don't use jeans the material does not give and therefore the rug will not have a good shape.
