Why Choose Us

l  We are a government owned company with ISO certificate.

l  We are listed in Global Fortune 500 with D & B report.

l  We have more than 11 refractory production facilities and bases across China. We have a wide products range, such as ceramic fiber products (ceramic fiber blanket, module, board, paper, bulk), ceramic fiber textile (ceramic fiber rope, cloth, tape, yarn) etc, refractory brick (fireclay brick, high alumina brick, silica brick, magnesia brick etc), monolithic refractory materials, insulating fire brick, calcium silicate board, mica sheet, steel fiber. You can find various products here, and we can combine the light weight ceramic fiber products with the heavy weight refractory brick in one container delivery, then save the sea freight for you.

l  We have strict materials selecting system and quality control system. We have the ability to take responsibility for your orders and product quality.

FAQ

Q1: How do you control the products quality?

A1: With strict quality control system throughout the materials selection and production process, our refractory and ceramic fiber products quality is effectively controlled to meet customer requirements.

From the raw materials selecting, our quality control begin. The quality certificates of raw materials are required and each batch will be tested before using. During production, the quality control are conducted by workers and then each piece will be sorted and examined by quality supervis

Q2: What`s the lead time for my order?

A2: It depends on customers’ requirements and our production schedule. And usually we need 30-60 days for refractory bricks,10-25 days for unshaped refractory materials and 10-20 days for ceramic fiber blankets.

Q3: Can you offer Door-to-Door delivery?

A3: Yes, but only for some countries such us U.S., UAE, Saudi Arabia, Iran, and Russia, etc.

Q4: What is the minimum quantity?

A4: There is no minimum order quantity. Depending on the item and processing, there may be a minimum production required, however we can offer a quotation based only on the quantity you need.

Q5: Can you give me a brief introduction of the application of your products?

A5: CNBM (China National Building Material) core refractory business comprises the production, sale and installation of high-grade refractory products, the development and implementation of customized system solutions as well as rendering outstanding services for the key industries in Glass, Iron& Steel, Petrochemical, Cement, Ceramic and Nonferrous Metals.

Q:Can iron oxide be used as refractory material?
Is widely used in this area. Mentioned refractory material of high school textbooks generally refers to three two aluminum oxide (alumina), alumina is also used as a refractory material, refractory crucible, porcelain, artificial gemstones.
Q:What is acid refractory?
Refractory materials are mainly quartz glass products, combined with fused quartz products, silica brick and unshaped refractories. Semi siliceous refractory materials are generally attributed to this category. As for fireclay refractories, they are also classified as semi acidic or weakly acidic refractories. Also, zircon refractory and silicon carbide refractory for special acidic refractory materials are also classified into this category.
Q:The production of brick, the ingredients of why join the waste brick?
Reduce crack production and improve yield. The amount of addition is related to the shape and weight of the brick. The bricks can be added to 20% weight less than 25kg; bricks above 25kg can be added to 30%; for the specific type of brick can be added 30%. into waste silica brick should pay attention to this problem
Q:The hot blast stove when the temperature did not rise against the brick interface decreased
Insulation of hot blast stove, key insulation silica brick hot stove, hot blast stove is shutdown or need repairing in blast furnace.
Q:Such purpose and scope please give me detailed points thank you because I am learning stage
Acid refractory brick is mainly composed of tridymite and cristobalite and quartz and a small amount of residual glass phase.
Q:Semisilica brick, clay brick, high alumina brick and what is the difference?
The share of A12O3 and SiO2 is different
Q:The high thermal conductivity of silica brick and traditional brick what is the difference?
Tridymite content high thermal conductivity silica brick is 70%, tridymite content of traditional brick is 60%, tridymite content high thermal conductivity of silica brick than tridymite high content of 10% traditional brick,
Q:Semisilica brick interpretation
High temperature volume stability. Volume change is small.
Q:What is the effect of the content of silicon nitride in silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide brick on the use of electrobath? Thank you
The main damage of silicon carbide side wall brick is stress damage, not chemical erosion. Chemical damage is formed prior to the formation of the groove, and the damage to the chemical erosion is little after the formation of the groove.
Q:The formula in the refractory brick, and firing curve, who knows?
Add 1.8-2.2% of the total weight of the main raw material, and then add lime milk, rolling for 10-15 minutes, and finally add pulp, rolling for 10-15 minutes, out of the mill, forming billet.
