Product Description:

Painting steel is the product based on the metal sheet, of which surface is finally installed of the plastic film(PVC, PE) IN addition to being firstly covered with the coating and printed ink in. The coated layer of painting steel plate consists of chemical and filming layer, primer coated layer, pattern printed layer and surface coated layer. The top and back coating shall generally be the weatherproof paint, as well can be the application of the paint with special capabilities such as stain-resistant, self cleaning capability, high thermal resistance, antistatic capability, sterilizing capability, finger-print prevention and etc.

With GI(aluzinc) as base metal, after pretreatement(degrease and chemical treatment)and liquid dope with several layers of color, then after firing and cooling, finally the plate steel is called pre-painted galvanized (aluzinc)steel. Pre-painted galvanized steel is good capable of decoration, molding, corrosion resistance. It generally displays superior workability, durability and weather resistance.

Q:Why low carbon steel have poor magnetic properties?
The composition you mention is not a low carbon steel. The carbon and manganese content are high enough to mean that the crystal grain size will be small. A very large grain size is needed in steels for transformers, motors etc.The large grain size and lack of carbides in low silicon steels for magnetic purposes allows the easy movement of magnetic domain walls.Transformer steels typically have a carbon content of about 0.003% and 3.5%Si with the phosphorus and sulphur at a tenth of the levels you mention. The high Si content increases the electrical resistivity of the magnetic core and reduces the power loss from eddy currents(the core metal has voltages generated in it by the changing magnetic fields) and the power lost in eddy currents heats up a transformers core so it needs extra cooling;the loss is inversely proportional to the resistivity and 3.5%Si increases resistivity of iron by a very large amount. The presence of high silicon with ultra low carbon and manganese level allows the soft magnetic steels to be annealed at very high temperatures(850 to 1100deg C)without a phase change so that the crystals have 10,000 to 10,000,000 times the volume of the crystals in heat-treatable (Just)steel you mention.Fine for playing with and demonstrating electromagnetism but not as electrical engineering feedstuff.
Q:What is lighter, stronger, and cheaper to buy? Carbon Fiber or High Tensile Steel?
Because no matter how hard the helmet is it can not prevent brain damage from your brain slapping the inside of your skull. If the helmet was able to absorb the energy from an impact and prevent you brain from moving inside your skull it would have to be huge and everyone would look like bubble heads riding on bikes. The sides would have to be around 12 inches thick on each side and top to provide that much protection and would probably break your neck if you were in a wreck. Hope I have been helpful.
Q:making holes is iron and steel?
That's what drill bits are made for. Those for steel and iron will usually be made of high speed steel. What is important, is the sharpening, and of course, the overall condition of the drill bit. If you need to drill a larger hole, it is helpful to drill a small hole first (pilot drilling), then open it out to size. Never use drill bits you intend to drill iron or steel with to drill such as timber! It will ruin them for steel working.
Q:Changing guitar strings from steel to nylon?
You can easily switch from steel to nylon strings or vice versa. You can buy the strings and string the guitar yourself or I'm sure you can get it done in any normal guitar shops. I've gone from nylon to steel and it hasn't affected my guitar at all. :D
Q:Steel Building Kits...!!?
Of course yes! Steel building kit is design specific corresponding to the type of steel building required to be constructed or erected. The steel building kit consists of all the necessities needed by the purchaser or the investor. As steel buildings are prefabricated or pre-engineered they are manufactured in factories in various sections and parts which are to be brought to the construction site to be assembled. So in any case they are beneficial :)
Q:is CS material is comes under Mild steel? any difference?
CS is a noxious gas that I have tasted. If it is spec mild steel then do so.
Q:Why is stainless steel rust proof?
Stainless steel is characterized by the presence of chromium. Chromium oxidizes like aluminium does, by passivation, that is, it forms a though oxide layer that sticks to the metal underneath and protects it. On the other hand, iron oxidizes by turning into rust, which is a brittle material that flakes off, exposing the metal under for more oxidation. Now, what happens when you have a metal that is made of both iron and chromium? Any iron on the surface will rust and flake off (at the atomic level, so do not expect to see much rusting) until the surface is a pure chromium layer (again, we are talking about a layer that is a few atoms thick) and that chromium will oxidize but stay put. Then rust then has no way of getting deeper, and the metal will remain clean.
Q:What are the characteristic of CORTON STEEL?
*It is Corten steel.Grade A B. *Weathering steel, best-known under the trademark COR-TEN steel, is a group of steel alloys which were developed to obviate the need for painting, and form a stable rust-like appearance if exposed to the weather for several years. United States Steel Corporation (USS) holds the registered trademark on the name COR-TEN. Although USS sold its discrete plate business to International Steel Group (now Arcelor-Mittal) in 2003, it still sells COR-TEN branded material in strip-mill plate and sheet forms. In some areas it may be known without the hyphen as Corten steel. The original COR-TEN received the standard designation A242 (COR-TEN A) from the ASTM International standards group. Newer ASTM grades are A588 (COR-TEN B) and A606 for thin sheet. All alloys are in common production and use. It is a weather-resistant steel which is used in containers and hot flue gas line. The American Corten A Steel has a composition of C, 0.12; Si, 0.5; Cu, 0.5; Cr, 0.8; P, 0.1 and Mn, 0.5%. Although the tensile strength is less than 494 MPa the yield is in the region of 371 MPa. The combination of copper and phosphorus also increases the resistance to atmospheric corrosion which is important when thinner plates are used. The original steel A suffers a decrease in yield strength and notch ductility in thickness over 25 mm, to overcome which Corten B was developed-C 0.14; P 0.04; Mn 1.1; Cr 0.5; Cu 0.4; V 0.1; Bol Al 0.02. *COR-TEN A applies to plates up to 12.5mm in thickness, COR-TEN B applies to plates up to 50mm in thickness. *It has been used in bridge and other large structural applications such as the New River Gorge Bridge, the newer span of the Newburgh-Beacon Bridge, and the creation of the Australian Centre for Contemporary Art (ACCA). It is very widely used in marine transportation, in the construction of shipping containers.
Q:What happened to the comic book STEEL??? not the movie!!!?
Steel's own series was cancelled around issue #50, after which he went on to a co-starring role in Superman: The Man of Steel. Steel was eventually injured in a battle with Darkseid, at which time his niece Natasha took on the role of Steel. John Henry recently resurfaced in his heroic identity in 52, where he's been injected with Lex Luthor's metagene, making his body living stainless steel.
Q:I have a question in alloy steel?
Steel is basically an alloy of iron and carbon that has more than 0% carbon and less than 2% carbon. The alloy of carbon and iron with more than 2% carbon is considered cast iron. The bessemer process converts cast iron to steel by injecting oxygen into molter cast iron to burn off the excess carbon. Steel is also modified by adding additional elements like silicon, molydenum, vanadium, chrome, etc.
