This person wasn't really saying anything mean to me...he was just apologizing for something that he had done and kept insisting me to forgive him.. nically, it is harassing I did a police report on June 1, 2011 and they asked if I wanted to press charges, but i said no, not at this time.The last message i received from this person was on may 22nd, 2011 saying that he was gonna leave me alone since i never responded to his messages. - no. well, you COULD press charges, but seeing as all he wanted was to apologize and he left you alone and never bothered you again you would probably lose. i mean, he's not harrassing you ANYMORE, which is big. and hell, FB messages can simpyl be deleted without even reading them, hence simply messaging over FB isn't harrassment at all. Plus if it's just revenge for the thing he did then any 2 bit lawyer would point that out and you can be countersued for harrassing HIM with a frivolous lawsuit and abusing the justice system :P.

- Q:Hi there! Okay, I'm doing a square cross stitch design, and at the moment its in an oval frame to keep it tight. But eventually when its finished I'm going to want to frame it, and when I remove the oval, there's going to be the oval crease in it. So how can I combat this? Do I just continue stitching inside the oval until I can't anymore, remove it, do the rest of the design and then iron it afterwards? In the instructions it has got how to press it, face down with the iron on medium, but I just thought I'd double check so I don't make a mess of it in the end. Thanks a lot in advance! :)
- I've seen suggestions to use tissue paper between the wooden hoop and the aida cloth. Also do not leave the design inside the hoops when you're not stitching. This gives the cloth a chance to breath, the creases will be more shallow. I love the Q-snap pvc frames, easy to put together and they tend to not leave a crease like wooden hoops. When you iron the creases out, use a damp pressing cloth (but not over the stitching, the colors may bleed).
- Q:When making French press coffee: What grind of coffee? What kind? Light or dark roast?
- Coarse or medium grind. Fine grind coffee will appear in your cup.
- Q:I work out regularly and consistently, but I've been lazy about the bench press for the past few months or so. I still work everything else out consistently, I just hate working my chest. I'm gonna start back up soon anyway.Anyway, the last time I benched (3 months ago), my one rep maximum for my bench press was 265lbs. Like I said, I haven't touched the bench since. However, I have been working really hard to improve my military press and have been very successful. I just started doing standing military presses with barbells and in the past 4 weeks, I've gone from my one rep maximum being 175 to 205 with perfect form.Can I expect my bench press to have increased as well as a result of indirect training?Thanks!

- Not usually. Most that I know at least don't lift any weights because it makes it harder to cut weight when you are getting ready for a fight. Also most weight lifting like bench pressing don't add muscle you need for fighting. Personally I was told not to lift weights and I am just an amateur. And the pro boxers I train with don't lift any weights.
- Q:I have a machine where you can do a lot of workouts. One is where you are sitting and have one bar on each side of you that you push forward, like if you are bench pressing, only sitting up. Does this work out the same muscles as lying on back and is it easier. People ask me how much I bench and I can do 200 sitting but have no idea how much I could do laying.
