- i dun think there is a link between high chair and hunger. i use a high chair to 1. keep my child seated when feeding, dun want to chase him all around; 2. he can join us during mealtime at the dinning table. my sons went thru a stage when they will only eat if they have a toy to play with. it was a bad habit. is it possible that your baby isn't hungry? try to cut out all snacks 1hr before mealtime. the other area of concern is the blood in stool. you should really bring him to see a doc about this. no way should a multivit syrup causes blood in stool.
- Q:(I know this is a stupid question.)I've got these folding chairs. There are 2 rods that meet to form the back of the chair. When unfolded, these 2 rods rest on these 2 plastic parts that are screwed by hand into 2 hollow tubes. The hollow tubes are the top of the chair's back legs.Through regular use, a person leans back in the chair. This action gently sands down the screw-like section of the plastic parts as it rubs against the hollow tube. Eventually, the screw-section is gone, the plastic part stops working and the chair is no longer safe for use.Where can I buy these plastic parts? Do these things have names?
- Unfortunately, we live in a throw-away society where, if something breaks, we just replace it rather than fixing it. So, replacement parts for things like that are hard to come by. Is there any indication of the manufacturer on the back or bottom of the chairs? If so, see if you can contact them for the replacement parts. If not, you might have to buy new chairs with that same kind of part and cannibalize the new chairs to fix the old ones.
- Q:Someone gave me an old chair. Looks cool in a vintage way, but some of the upholstery is worn. This may be a dumb question. But can any idiot reupholster or do you need special training? Are there any cheap ways to cover furniture? For example, I did a search and found a lot of decorative furniture tacks? What are these exactly. Since I have no upholstery experience, I was thinking of buying some cool looking fabric and tack it on the chair? Is that a dumb idea? Also, do furniture tacks stay put? - Q:I just received my new office chair and it has adjustable lumbar support. How do I determine the appropriate placement for my body?
- it should be in the middle of your back sit down and sit up straight , and then go down to under your rib cage, that is where your lumbar region is.,
- Q:Everyone else's chair is causing problems because it sags and goes down over time. My chair gets taller over time, and it's driving me nuts. It seems kind of sporadic; normally it increases by about an inch a day but sometimes it just goes all the way up without warning, within just a few minutes of being out of the chair. My office chair sees about as much use as my bed, maybe even more, so I try to keep it at a good ergonomic height. Having to constantly readjust the height of my chair is annoying, to say the least. - Q:How do I go about dying the white cotton chair covers from Ikea upholstered chair collection? I would like to dye them a neutral color such as tan or brown and wouldn't be able to use a washing machine. If not advisable to do this at home where can I get it done and about how much would it cost (ballpark)?
- The only way to do it at home is using the stove top method described on most of the packaging of dyes. But to do a chair cover you will need a huge container in order to get the dye to saturate them and not have areas that remain white where there are wrinkles in the fabric. Most laundry mats in my area specifically have rules against using their machines to dye fabrics. But, there are a few dry cleaners in my area that will do it for you, but it is expensive. I had them dye a throw a while back and I remember it cost around $80.

- It depends whether you want to buy online or at stores. Also what state you live in because some states might not have that particular chair. 1)For online you can always check on Ebay or Amazon, I provided websites for the exact chair you are talking about. 2) At stores I think it is rare to find, or just not labeled on the websites. It is probably at my best guess at the furniture store. I would first go to your local furniture store and ask them if they have Aarnio-Eero-Style-BALL-CHAIR-White-shel... Red interior They will locate it for you. If you want to just buy it online than just follow the two websites that I provided which is from Ebay or on Amazon whichever you like better.
