Q:what brand do you recommend? I have 900 sq ft of carpet. I might replace the carpet with tiles. how long can a small vacuum like that work without engine getting too hot and shut down?is it expensive to maintaing?: If you are looking for a kind of robot vacuum cleaner that will clean all the mess just like human with detail then i am sorry but you are looking at the wrong direction, the fact is these robots are designed for repetitive room maintenance, I am suppose you have pets, or kids who often create room around but you don't to do the cleaning thing over and over again then just let the robot do it. It will clean dust, hairs, husk and other floor dirt. With the advancement in technology robots have recovered too. They don't get stuck now, The battery life has improved to a greater detail. you don't have to worry about its charging they do it them self. once they feel low on power they will automatically return to the power source and fulfill the charging needs.

Attachments are more easy to change for when cleaning for furniture or stairs and switching from carpet to bare floor can be done at the handle by turning off the power nozzle, then switching to the bare floor tool. Q:Are Kirby vacuum cleaners worth it?: They are absolutely worth it if you own your house and care about cleanliness, and the life of your floor covering. I have done side by side tests using many many different vacuums, including dyson, electrolux, oreck, rainbow, and all the junk ones you can buy at department stores...using test pads. the only vacuum that even came close in value was a central vac. other than that, kirby is by far the best IF you can afford one.

Q:I would like to know which vacuum cleaners are better - Hoover Vs Kenmore?: All brands work well as long as they are the canister kind and not bags. Just be sure to empty when it gets full and knock the dust off the filter
