No. Not at all. Whether or not your skin is tight or loose is mainly down to your genes and age. Young skin has much more elasticity than older skin. Well-hydated skin also has more fullness and elasticity than older or drier skin. A massage chair is NOT going to make your skin loose at all! The best things you can do to maintain skin elasticity(so it isn't loose): -Sunscreen, every single day, winter or summer. -Don't smoke -Eat a healthy diet. A varied diet with lots of fruits and veggies is best. -Maintain a healthy weight. Dramatic weight loss (like more than a third of your body weight) can result in loose skin because it was so badly stretched if very significantly overweight. Younger skin tends to be more likely to bounce back, so if you're carrying extra weight, it's better to lose it younger than after you've carried it for ten or twenty or thirty years. It's always healthier to lose it, but effects on your skin can vary based on age and how long you've carried a lot of extra weight. -Stay well-hydrated. If your pee is pale yellow to clear, you're well-hydrated. Yes, you'll be running to the restroom frequently. -Exercise! You don't have to go nuts with this. A solid half hour of walking at a brisk pace is enough. But exercise increases your network of capillaries and hydrates and plumps the skin. Also nourishes it. So try to get 30 minutes a day of decent aerobic exercise--brisk enough that you can still talk, but in short sentences. But no, a massage chair isn't going to make your skin loose. Not possible.

And chairs haven't developed that much more since the dawn of time. They all have legs, even way back when they were very decorative, some had backs, some didn't, even in Ancient Egypt.

It was like that in my school, you could just sit anywhere, it was nice, and then someone set fire to a wad of paper on one of the shelves. After that, they made it a rule that you had to sit in the chairs where they could see you. One person can ruin it for everyone.

If you live near a HOMEMAKERS store, I know they have great chairs called Gaming chairs in bright colours and they move around. Like their base isn't flat, it's rounded so you move around. It's so cool. They're about $200-$300.

They seem to be about $9.00 each so you are looking at $117 for tables and 100 of your cheapest chair will be $100. So... A grand total of about $217 not including tax or linens and stuff.

My favorite chairs that I ever bought for my bedroom when I was a teenager were these two vintage lime green suede-y chairs that I found at goodwill in perfect condition! They're still in great condition and now my 17 year old sister has them in her room! I got them for $10 each. I recommend keeping an eye out at any 2nd hand stores- you'd be surprised how awesome some of the stuff they get can be. (Don't forget craigslist and OKorder- just don't go by yourself to pick up anything you find off craigslist- too many scary people out there.) You have to check pretty regularly though because the good stuff doesn't sit in the store for very long and the stuff that is most likely to be there is the icky stained crap that you won't want. Also, have you thought of purchasing some brightly colored big throw pillows? You can throw them around the room to sit on or lean against the wall with. Or if you have an empty corner, you could fill it with throw pillows instead of a chair. Ikea has some great square ones (they call them cushions but they look like pillows) that are plain white, and then they sell covers to go over them so you can get a variety and remove and wash them when they get dirty. Plus the styles and colors of the covers change pretty regularly so if your tastes change you can easily replace the covers. For that matter- Ikea has some pretty funky chairs too, and they're usually reasonably priced, but they're not always the most comfortable.

Assuming you have enough to cover the bathroom, I'd carefully remove the chair rail and put it in the bathroom. If you're going to paint the chair railing, them you can avoid breaking during removal by using a hole punch and driving the finishing nails on through. Then the railing won't be damaged by hammer to pry bar damage. Once you put it up in the bath, fill the holes with filler, sand and paint.....before you remove railing, make sure you have enough for the bath, and don't forget to allow for the possibility of having to make opposite angle cuts to reinstall.
