Q:Our well pump shuts off via the circuit breaker every time it rains heavilyWHY??? We will be washing hands or taking a shower and the water slows to a trickle then stopsSo we have to go to the garage and reset the circuit breaker for the well because it has trippedThis only does this when it rains! Driving us nuts because it has to be done multiple times if it continues to rainDo we need to call a plumber or electrician? What is causing this and how to fix it?? Thanks.
Assuming the well pump (head) is covered to keep it dry, you have a short in the line (exposed wire due to insulation coming off) to the well pump that is only activated when water permeates the ground rainingIt could be anywhere in the length of the line and it may be a very small area where the wire is exposed to the elementsYou will have to track it down or have a professional fix itHOWEVER, it may be easier and less costly to install a new, better-insulated electrical line, especially if the existing one is oldKnow where this new line is installed, so you don't damage it and the insulation when gardening or planting bushes or trees.

Q:I went on a juicing cleanse (but with the fibre) for 5 daysMy tummy was really small at first, but now it has been 4 days since I ended my cleanse but my tummy is bigger than it was before the cleanseI am eating very healthy and staying away from junk foodWhy is this happening!!!
You need to consult a more experienced vet, perhaps one that is board-certified in dentistry Grinding of the teeth is no more healthy for felines than it is for peopleYes, it puts stress on the jaw, on the teeth, and will eventually wear his teeth downSee a more experienced vet.
Q:what are symptoms of having a lack of fiber in the diet?can it also include loose stools (soft and kinda sandy)?
Anti Static Bag Alternative
Q:It is 22 degrees outside and he is out in the openDo they need a light? Thanks!
I don't think it is possible to fluff up a skein of yarnMaybe this one doesn't have the same amount of pliesWhy not return it and get a contrasting color as a substitute since you have difficulty getting the same dye lot.
Q:I want to knit my grandpa a cardigan for his 80th birthday this DecemberI don't really know what to do when it comes to yarnHe has very sensitive skin (I got that from him!) and would hate something that's too scratchy or itchy, but at the same time he gets cold a lot so I'd like something with wool in it, whether it be pure wool or a blend of some sortDo you have any advice? I'm looking at KnitPicks's Swish Worsted, which is 100% superwash merino and is supposed to be very soft but difficult when it comes to washing and staining and suchWould love to know what other yarns you like that would fit my grandpa and that can be bought online!
Superwash yarns are machine washable and often machine dryableThe process that makes them superwash also makes them a bit harsher than the same plain woolThe animal hair that is least likely to cause itching is alpacaMerino is soft, as is cashmere; both of them make me itchAlpaca does notYou might want to consider a 75%-25% blend of woolen fibers with acrylic fibersThe blends are both washable and less likely to cause itchingTwo I can recommend because I use them often are Plymouth Encore (in either worsted/category 4 or bulky/category 5 weight) and Patons Shetland Chunky (bulky/category 5 weight).
Q:Do you know of a crochet pattern which uses fabric at the centre?
that is a beautiful patterni don't know of any pattern but i do have an idea you could usechoose the fabric you want at the centremeasure its diameterchoose any pattern for a round crochet tablecloth that has the final size you desirecheck its diameternow subtract the diameter of fabric from the larger diameterthis will give you some idea of how many initial/centre Rows you will need to OMITthen attaching the yarn to the fabric with ss, etc., start from the Next row in pattern continue as per your crochet tablecloth patterne.gif fabric is 4' wide you want a tablecloth that is 14' wide, omit the pattern rows that will make a 4' wide circle start crocheting from the next row till the endthus you will have 4' fabric at centre 10' outer crochet patternhope this helpsall the best have funEDIT: you could also crochet a complete tablecloth then handstitch the fabric over the crocheted workhowever, it will give a raised effect may not look that goodso use this only as a last-ditch solution.
