Introduction of Calcium Carbide:

Calcium carbide is inorganic compounds, white crystal, industrial products are  gray black  blobs. Its cross section are often purple or gray. When  meet water ,it will react violently, generate acetylene, and gives off heat. Calcium carbide is an important basic chemical raw materials, mainly used for producing acetylene gas.Also used in organic synthesis, oxyacetylene welding and so on.

Calcium Carbide Stone Applications: 

1 )The main raw material for producing acetylene gas.

2) Cutting and welding for metal material.

3) To synthesize polyvinyl chloride(PVC).

4) Fruit catalyst.

Specification:

Packing: in 50kgs iron drum or 100kgs iron drum.

Attention points while delivery:

The packing must be kept in good condition and the goods should be stored in a dry, cool and ventilated place. 

It should be separate from the cargo can burn and acid.

It should avoid meeting water and moisture.

It should give off the acetylene in iron drum before storing in warehouse.

Rolling drums,heavy putting down and colliding are not allowed to avoid the spark leads to explosion.
