Q:i bought psyllium husk equate from Walmart todayIt has an orange flavor to it but i was wondering is it safe to add a lil sweetener to it because it isn't that tastydo you think that will defeat the purpose of using it? how about a low calorie drink mix?
psyllium is a soluble fiber and a sweetener would not change the function of the fiber You can get plan psyllium and use the juice of your choice ,this would give you the benefit of the juice and the fiber and would save you money in the long run.

Q:Have a completely empty attic ( no floor , windows etc.) Just some wiring and insulationHow much to properly convert it to a usable space?
I used a Ouija Board with my friend a few years agoIt worked, we 'contacted' two peopleI know I wasn't doing it, and I know my friend wasn't either, she's my best friend to this day and I know her inside out and she was crying she was so scared, her hands were barely touching the glass she was shaking so much, same with meHowever I've read the 'plausible explanation' to this somewhere that says that it IS you pushing the glass because you are wanting it to happen and believing it will happen and your subconscious is doing it without your conscious knowledgeI'm hoping this is the case as it was done in my house! The strange thing was, however, that the 'woman' we 'contacted' said she came from a country that neither of us had ever heard ofWe later typed it into a search engine and found it used to be a country before the name was changedWe never wrote it down and I have unfortunately forgotten the name nowIt's strange that we both genuinely had never heard of the word before, yet it used to be a genuine countryHowever my plausible explanation for that is that perhaps one of us HAS heard the name sometime in our past, and without consciously remembering it, it's been stored in our subconscious long term memory and came out thenThat's what I really hope, anyway!
Q:I have knitted a scarf for a friend and ironed it since the sides always curl in, but now the ends are stretched and the wool fibre flattenedHow do I get it back to its original condition, curling in sides and all?I have put it through a warm wool wash but dried it in front of the heater which hasn't helped.
You need to wash it again, but this time put it flat on a towel to dryYou can shape the side to keep them straight and once it dries it should retain the shape.
Q:I have a small class of 3-4 year oldsI need simple art activities to each the about recyclingNot games or activitiesPlease any ideas
Hi TanzaPhy… Last month for Earth Day we did trash sculptingProvide some recycled materials like bottle caps, boxes, small plastic bottles, old magazines, scraps of paper (wrapping paper or textured wallpaper are fun), fabric, yarn and ribbon, glue sticks, glue dots, scissors and embellishing items such as wiggle eyes, pipe cleaners, and pom-poms and let them get creativeThis type of open-ended project is great as there is no right or wrong way to assemble and require little prep time You can also have them turn their recycled items into something reusable Using similar items as above a can or jar can become a vase or pencil holder; old socks can become puppets Holly
Q:what is 50s compact yarn?
Well, doing an internet search for it, this seems to be a coned, fine spun yarn on the order of lighter weights of perle cottonIt looks more appropriate for machine knitting, although lace could be knit with it by handIt seems that some it, if not all, is of man-made natural fibers like bamboo and ingeo (corn) and soy silk.
Q:straightner out there that doesn't damage your hair a lotRight now I have the CHI and i can just see my hair breaking off :(
