Q:Heyaa, what's the best gaming keyboard?prefer lit keys asswell :)Greetings :)
I suggest you get a Keyboard and mouse from RAZOR. They have awesome keyboards, with high response rates. I suggest going for RAZOR or Logitech.
Q:I want to know how a keyboard contribute to the computer. How the keyboard sends signal to the CPU and makes letters appear on the screen. Please help. For electronic.
no idea. also need screen display to appear
Q:Does the electronic keyboard sound exactly like a piano?
Depends. most keyboards use samples to create a specific tone. Those samples are actually single recordings of each note from a real piano. When you play a key, the recorded sound from the same key on the piano is played. But there is a catch! The beauty of a piano is the overtones created by the other strings ringing together. Also, when you lightly play a key on a piano, the tone is different than when you play the same key hard. It is very difficult to recreate that electronically. Some companies come close. Yamaha and Kawai do a good job. So do a few others. Also, the quality of any recreated sound is only as good as the weakest link in the chain. So if you have the most beautiful grand piano sample and play it through a 1 speaker pushed by a poor 2 watt amplifier (exaggeration), it won't be as good as if played through a professional sound system. Hope I helped!
Q:I have a USB keyboard and mouse (combo thingy). I can not use the USB keyboard and mouse when trying to enter setup, boot menu, or anything like that becasue Windows needs to load the driver for it, which it can't do at that point. My motherboard does not support the old PS2 keyboard, so I'm pretty sure I can't use my old keyboard. What do I do? All I really need to do is enter Linux instead of Windows for a little bit (I am dual booting)
Unplug the usb keyboard from the computer, power the computer down completely and remove the power cord/switch the power switch on the power supply wait 30 seconds plug in power, usb, and try rebooting The usb keyboard should work now, if not, you'll need a different keyboard. USB ports sometimes stay active even when the computer is shut down, so you have to do a cold boot to get them to reactivate themselves on bootup to detect a keyboard. You could try another usb port too.
Q:I am doing intro to computer as an elective and need info on the keyboard
The invention of the modern computer keyboard began with the invention of the typewriter. Christopher Latham Sholes patented the typewriter that we commonly use today in 1868. The Remington Company mass marketed the first typewriters starting in 1877. A few key technological developments created the transition of the typewriter into the computer keyboard. The teletype machine, introduced in the 1930s, combined the technology of the typewriter (used as an input and a printing device) with the telegraph. Elsewhere, punched card systems were combined with typewriters to create what was called keypunches. Keypunches were the basis of early adding machines and IBM was selling over one million dollars worth of adding machines in 1931. Early computer keyboards were first adapted from the punch card and teletype technologies. In 1946, the Eniac computer used a punched card reader as its input and output device. In 1948, the Binac computer used an electromechanically controlled typewriter to both input data directly onto magnetic tape (for feeding the computer data) and to print results. The emerging electric typewriter further improved the technological marriage between the typewriter and the computer.
Q:1. I played the violin but don't really want to anymore, so which should I do, violin or keyboard?2. How much is a rental keyboard?3.My friends mom teaches piano, would she also be able to teach keyboard?
I play all three, Guitar, Piano and Violin. I learned Piano and Violin when I was young. I like the Violin also but it will never give you the satisfaction that playing piano will. Piano also teached music theory that will help you with the Guitar. It may be easy to pick up the Violin since you already are used to fingerings and having one hand move opposite to the other. Violin is OK if you are going to use it somewhere, otherwise I hardly ever play it . I can sit at the piano and amuse myself for a long time. However, playing Guitar is the best, how cool is that?
Q:I have a cybersnipa keyboard and I was wondering what I could do to make my keys light up on my keyboard for better visibility at night. I was thinking of glowing the dark keys but I can't fine them anywhere does anyone have any idea I could do this without blowing alot of money?
Glow in the dark nail polish. Just a little so it doesn't cover the keys.
Q:HelpLaptop Keyboard replacement?I just lost 2 keys(arrow and properties) retainer clip. One is lost and one is broken.Where can I find the replacement keys or key retainersAnd what would be the cost around??NOTE: I DO NOT WANT TO BUY THE WHOLE KEYBOARD
The whole keyboard cost like $10-15 at OKorder.
Q:Anyone with an electronic piano keyboard: in the some 100 different voices it can play (like the organ voice or the harpiscord voice), does your keyboard have a voice that is based on the Wurlitzer piano? Is it common at all? My keyboard doesn't have it. If so, what brand and/or model is your keyboard and how close does it sound and feel to a real Wurliter (sustain, distortion, bark, etc.)? Thanks.
Lots of professional keyboards do. That would be considered a must-have staple sound. On a home-keyboard (the kind with built-in speakers) though, probably not.
Q:Does anyone know if keyboards are any different than synths?
wow. i wouldn't even know where to begin here. synthesis can be such an amazingly complex thing. i'd be 100% offended if anyone ever called one of my synths just a keyboard eff'n yamaha casio bull. just. wow.
