- Do you have a memory card on the phone? if so than re-format it and than remove the driver from your PC and than Just connect the phone to the PC using the USB cable and the phone will be detected as a mass storage device and will be listed as a Removeable Disk in my computer after that just browse the phone and copy the songs / tones to the MUSIC folder. - the data cable is crap and so is the software. If you have a micro sd memory card then all you need is a card reader for your computer and the memory card adapter. Put the micro sd card in your phone and format it. Then stick it in the micro sd adapter, then put that in the memory reader which goes in your computer. It will be read as a removable drive. Open it and drag all your mp3's into the music folder.
