The equipment maximum compression force is 50-80t, combined with PLC automatic compression technology, box drainage and gas technology, the compression ratio of garbage is up to 3:1; the water from garbage is also removed, and the garbage transfer efficiency is very high.

Garbage collection and compression
The garbage collector or trolley is pushed from the top surface of the box to the feeding port and dumped into the garbage. At the same time, the spraying dust settling device starts to work. After the feeding is finished, the garbage collection truck leaves the feeding position. At this point, the compressed button can be operated to automatically compress the garbage, after several times pouring and compressing until the box is full of garbage, then ready to transfer.
When the garbage vehicle transported in place, use lifting button to make the box steady rise, stop it until reach the unloading height, then command the garbage transport vehicle to the garbage station, arrived at the designated location; after that, operate the descending button, make the bottom plate of vehicle arrive to the floor to stop, and prepare to discharge.
